Some of the best smoked ribs I've ever tasted! Fall off bone, seasoned well and not covered in BBQ sauce!!
They had sauce at the table their regular, spicy something, and either mango or pineapple jalapeno which was the best one. The food didn't need it, I just wanted to taste them, good thing they don't put it on the food!
The cornbread, I don't even remember eating it!
Sides the table had were greens👎, potato salad👍, Mac and cheese 👍🤤😍👍, and grilled veggies👍👍. The Mac and cheese...top5 best I've had at a restaurant. I would eat there again! The greens were made with vinegar and sugar, they were cooked well but ruined by too much sugar and then too much vinegar to hide said sugar.
I wish I had this place back home! The weirdest thing was the silverware was wrapped in dish towels and not napkins, I get it. Still weird.
Came here and had great food and great music on the patio. Ashley our amazing server was great. Will be back. She has the best water refill in the world. And I have been everywhere.

I’m from Texas and I love BBQ and food . This place is SCRUMPTIOUSLY DELICIOUS!!!! I never finished a plate of food when I’ve gone out to eat. But BABY… I did this time. Chicken and waffles were to die for. My kids are country so they wanted biscuits and gravy and ate everything. Not a crumb left and no To-go boxes needed. This place is very well priced for its portions size. If you miss home cooked meals at grannies house on Sunday mornings come here.
Virgil’s is good. Great service. Drinks are perfect! Spot on to be honest. The wings were amazing. But the food was just ok. I ordered the bbq combo with brisket and half chicken. Baked beans and cornbread. It was decent but nothing spectacular. I ordered dessert but I could have passed. Tried the apple pie warmed up with ice cream.

Ordered the pig out sampler platter. Size was good for two, as advertised. Ribs and brisket are the best options. Service was prompt and helpful.
We are here while in Vegas. Service was great, we didn't have a wait to be seated, we did eat dinner around 430 though. We got the platter for 2. It was delicious!! And! It could easily feed two adults and two small kiddos, it was ALOT of meat :)
We were happy with the meal and the service, would certainly recommend.
Great place that is packed in the evening. Great atmosphere and service. The food was good. I liked the brisket but the banana pudding. Seriously, I can't say what it was about it, but it was the highlight of the meal.
We sat outside and it was a beautiful evening. We ordered chicken fried steak and pork rib plates. The smoked ribs were outstanding, along with both the hot and mild bbq sauce. The mac-n-cheese and cornbread were also delicious. The description of the chicken fried steak and cream gravy sounded delicious but it kinda fell flat. I'd go back for the ribs again!
The barbecue sauces are phenomenal — I was huge fan of their original + mango jalapeños. I highly recommend the nachos and milkshakes — delicious!! The chicken sandwich and french fries were average.
Best BBQ nachos EVER! Some of the best restaurant bbq I have ever had! Decided to stop in to Virgil’s and give it a shot (I don’t typically go for restaurant bbq), and wow am I glad that I did! I opted for the BBQ nachos and 🤯 I was totally blown away by how phenomenally good they are! I’ve had plenty of nachos with some type of meat on them, and normally you barely get any meat,but not at Virgil’s! They give you plenty of out of this world brisket! The brisket is super tender and the sauce that’s on it is literally finger licking good!! There’s also plenty of melted cheese and jalapeños which make this such an amazing dish! Additionally, the bartenders here are just wonderful! They greet you with smiles on their faces, and they regularly check on you during your visit! This was truly an all around great experience! Definitely stop in and give them a try!
Weather permitting, the upstairs deck overlooking the LINQ Promenade at Virgil’s Las Vegas was the perfect venue for a 20-30 person casual business networking event or reunion. Less than a 10 minute walk from Caesars Forum. Magical with the evening lights illuminating the long table with a spread of food served family style. From first time I spoke with the Virgil’s team to learn more about their space to packing up leftovers, Kay, Director of Special Events, Managers Jim and Michelle, and our two dedicated servers: Tanya and Marry, were all friendly, quick to respond, and accommodating to our group’s needs. The Virgil’s team helped us express to our clients and partners how special they are to us. They kept our glasses full and we never ran out of their delicious food. My Initium SoftWorks team highly recommends Virgil’s for a real barbecue networking event experience!
This is the second time we've come to Las Vegas, and the second time, we had to go to Virgil's! Love their food and our server, Michael was excellent at his job! Very great experience!!!
Ommmmg the food here was really really delicious! They give you a lot for your money. I just wish they give you a bigger piece of cornbread with the meal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the pecan pie! There was a million pieces of pecans but no pie really!!
First of all the smell lured me in from the pool! I sat at the bar as a single diner and had a fantastic meal. The bartender was pleasant and joked with me. I had the Catfish Fillet (first time having catfish) with Collard Greens (a first as well) and Grilled Vegetables. It was an amazing lunch meal for my 40th Birthday on August 28, 2023!
The BBQ at Virgil’s was fantastic/so delicious definitely worth every penny. The atmosphere was fun. Our services was fantastic and our server was very helpful by making recommendations.
Ribs were fall off bone tender, the brisket was on leaner side, the chicken was ok, and the beans were excellent. Good bbq but a little heavy on the salt.
