The quality of the donuts are great! The staff are what make me come back. They were out of jelly filled with white icing, the lady asked if I wanted her to make me one! Where else can you find that kind of service at? I will be definitely returning in the near future.
Wow!!! What an awesome experience. I found this place driving home from another disappointing donut shop, and I am so glad I did. This place is amazing! I got a glazed cinnamon twist and a chocolate iced with white cream , and they were the freshest donuts I have ever eaten. I used to drive to Indianapolis to get good donuts, but not any more. The staff was very upbeat and cordial. The only thing I didn't like was waiting in the long line, however it did move very quickly. They had plenty of people working today, but was very busy while I was there. I just can't say enough good things about the donuts and my visit. This is what a donut shop should be. Thanks Krenolies!
I arrived just before 7:30 this Saturday morning. The cases were full of fresh baked goodness. Every donut we have tried has been amazing. The service has always been cheerful and prompt. The restaurant is clean and bright and welcoming. I recommend this place to anyone who is picky about their donuts. Yummy.

ABSOLUTE best variety of donuts (to die for Apple Fritters), GREAT coffee & FABULOUS staff located in Fishers, IN. Majority of people won’t stay with their several purchased item; as they want to take back home to their family (or during the work week... back to job site), with that in mind no need to obtain larger real estate to accommodate an influx in customers. I personally would like to see an early afternoon availability; as there’s always a need for growth (bigger isn’t better), even just try it on the weekends comparing gross, expenses & net profit. I’m coming from a place that has driven up after 12 pm (noon) with the store closed; more than I’ve driven to the eatery & actually became a “real” paying customer. Test the waters...PLEASE ~ especially since we have so much lack of sunshine; the new thing (if you will) is good old basic coffee (that can be altered or not), amazing donuts & massive apple fritters. I’ve never been in right when your does opened; however I’m curious, do you have coffee cakes? I want to tell you before I end my “kudos”, upon moving to The Flats in Fishers, my BF, recommended your company & I have sent my immediate family in Kronoels; along with all their friends at college, so I’m one of those customers that has paid for itself times three-fold. Awesome atmosphere, great staff, donuts & coffee are 💯, I’m blessed to be so close; however I would love to see an extra hour added onto Saturday & Sunday’s (for starters) and go from there. Again, thank you for an absolute AMAZING best choice for food am, mid-day or early afternoon.

I'm definitely a glaze donut type of person. and I also love donuts!! this place is amazing the donuts have a different taste then any other donut. if you warm it up like for a couple of seconds it melts in your mouth
Best donut shop in all of Indiana! Good service, clean envirement, and delicious donuts. The place smelled heavenly as I walked in. They had cute tables and welcoming decor. I would definitely recommend Krenolies for a great photo and an excellent donut.

The staff has always been very kind to me.
On one occasion I was unable to buy because they had no help show up that day one person was handling it all and one girl in front trying to do what she could to explain.
I have been where they are.until you've owned a good service business and tried to staff it plus make enough to pay all the expenses,just to keep the doors open,you have no idea of how hard and stressful it can be.

I have been here several times. The Donuts are great and I like the selection. The workers have always been polite and appreciative of my business. Not sure why some of these reviewers said workers weren't happy and that the place was "dingy." I didn't get those vibes any of the several times I've been in there.
I've been coming here fo about two years now. They are the best in Hamilton County in my opinion. The owner and the staff are all super friendly as well. I buy donuts about once a week for my staff and they love them. Stop going to Dunkin or wherever and go here.

Probably best doughnuts in Noblesville. Line can be kind of long sometimes due to being short staffed. The people complaining about staff not being excited enough are being ridiculous. Do you expect a high five and back rub with your purchase?

Great place. Danish is good! I have not had the same experience as the previous reviews , but sometimes they run out of many varieties early.
