I've only eaten at the Rosettis in Normal -- both dine in and take out. The food is very good, nice size portions, and served hot. When I've eaten in, the service has always been good -- no problems. When I have my items delivered, they arrive earlier than the receptionist predicted and the hot food is hot and the cold food is cold. I had one incident where they delivery person completely mixed up my order. I called the store and not only did they correct everything and send out another complete order immediately, they also gave me full credit for all the same items on my next order (free). I was very pleased. And remember, you're getting real, home-made items here so if the cost is $2-3 higher, it's worth it.
I have been eating here for years and always felt the food was excellent. However, with the recent change in management, it is now nothing short of spectacular. I recently had the deep dish… Unbelievably good. I am a big guy, yet I couldn’t even begin to finish it all by myself. Great food and great value for my money
Very kid friendly. We had our sons birthday party here for lunch and they had pizza prepared shortly after we arrived (we pre-ordered) and even let the kids go back and toss some dough which was an experience for the kids we did not expect. Great service!
I ordered delivery twice from this restaurant and it arrived faster than they said. The food I ordered was really good and hot. The person taking the order was nice. I will be ordering from them whenever I visit there.
We really like the Normal Rosati's! Deep dish is very, very good. A nice menu selection if you can bring yourself to think about anything else but pizza when there!

Last night was my first visit to Rosati's in Normal. Upon arrival, we were greeted by three friendly staff members and promptly seated. Our server arrived right away and got our drinks and appetizer order. Prior to making my final decision for my dinner selection, I asked my server several questions about menu items. Some she answered and one she said she'd ask somebody else and get back to me. I appreciated her honesty about not knowing the answer and her willingness to find the information!
We ordered the spinach and artichoke ravioli as an appetizer. I was hoping for a larger ravioli with a slightly thicker breading and the stuffing was bland, but the marinara was delicious. My wife ordered a custom calzone. The ingredients she wanted were entered correctly but not executed by the kitchen. If you're in the pizza business you should be able to put together a pizza or calzone correctly, as ordered. This is your core business. Even with the wrong ingredient, my wife still enjoyed her calzone! To be fair to the restaurant, we didn't mention the wrong ingredient and, based on how the staff was engaging with their customers, I'm confident they would have corrected it without hesitation. For a "Chicago" pizza restaurant to serve Italian beef on anything less than a Gonella or Rosen's (or similar) roll, is, well, criminal. Ok, it's not quite that bad, but to be an authentic beef sandwich, IMO, you must be able to dunk the roll in au jus and have it hold together during the entire time you're enjoying your sandwich. Rosati's roll failed this test miserably. The meat and giardiniera was plentiful and scrumptious!
Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to give them another chance and try some other items from the menu. Thanks again to our server for a nice first-time visit.
This rosatis off rab road is the best. Pizza turns out great every time. We go once a month. We get 2 pizza's then we get the coupons for half price!
Fast friendly service. I ordered The Cheef for the price I paid I got a lot of food, I also ordered the Calzone and was able to make 2 meals out of it! Vary happy with the quality of the food.

Best pizza in town! The restaurant is clean and it has 4 flat screen TV's, which make it easy to watch the game! I Highly recommend!
a little bit too expensive for my tastes it's just that the spiggeti is $12 but pizza Is at a good price and there is a lot of toppings and deals. a really good choice for a family.
