I'm giving Barretts a 5 star rating for a few reasons. To get this out of the way, I'm a beer guy, and for a real beer fan Barretts just has an Okay beer list (although yesterday was one of the best I had seen). If you're a beer fan, you will be happy but not crazy about this list, it feels a bit corporate, the prices are good though.
Now that that is out of the way, the atmosphere is a prefect 10, the staff are so friendly, and the food is some of the best bar food in the area. The porch is one of my favorite in the area, they managed to make you forget you are in a parking lot, it's fun, relaxing, and a great place to spend the afternoon.
Barrett's rarely disappoints. Last night I tried the fisherman's platter after enjoying the fish & chips two weeks ago. Seriously, the best fish & chips I've ever eaten! They know how to fry seafood!
Beer selection and drink menu are great.
We have been here several times with our kids and extended family. We have always been impressed with food and service. Tonight I had pumpkin spiced salmon which was amazingly delicious. We have never been disappointed and have never had to wait long.
Had a private event at Barretts on the deck this past Sunday and the entire staff was great! We had plenty of room, enjoyed the games on the deck, and had 2 servers who did a really great job accommodating our group w separate checks. The food was good and the atmosphere was better- great music playing the whole time. Thanks Barretts for being a great hosting venue.

This was my third time visiting with my family and we have all loved it. The waitress, Kelly, was attentive, friendly & knowledgable about the menu. We all loved our lunch and the bill was very reasonably priced! Can't wait to try it again!
Ask for Nicholas! He rocks! The nachos were fantastic, never ending cheese. My Dave had the Cod, it was so good. I must say though, the best part of our dinner was the incredible Service! Thank you Nick! We'll be back!
We came here for our last hoorah before the winter on an unseasonably nice day for outdoor dining. The patio is large and accommodating with space heaters. Everyone from the front desk to the waitstaff were nice and super helpful. Our waitress Lily was kind and informative, we loved her! Mozzarella sticks were some of the best we've had; Jack Daniels burger was great, fish tacos were nice and crispy, and regular and sweet potato fries were all delicious! Nice beer selection too. We also ordered the fried chocolate chip cookie and it was a good choice. Prices were reasonable too; only caution is to be careful when viewing the menus on the website because the menus are quite different between the various locations. We're glad that we decided to try Barretts, we will definitely be back in the future!
This place gives excellent service as well as yummy menu. The best place around town. The food came out quickly and the rates were inexpensive. I recommend this place.
It's pretty good. They have a great patio outside (when it's nice enough to sit out). Huge selection of beer!

After spending my evening here I want to go back every night. The food was the best in NA, and the environment was so welcoming. My bartender Caroline was so great! I recommend anyone in town to grab a beer at this joint.
