The bartenders outstanding the service was great I had an awesome meal I can't say enough good things about this place I'd recommend it to anybody the cocktails were awesome and the bartender was funny
Great double meat and cheese bacon burger with seasoned fries and fresh made ice tea. Stopped for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the good food and also noticed the extensive whiskey and bourbon selection!
My pictures do not do it justice. Really great tasting food for such good prices. The morning bar tender Jack inquired as to our preferences on everything and cooked it all exactly how we wanted. Cozy and accomodating, with endless drink possibilities too. My new favorite breakfast spot.

Very nice hometown bar feel. Can have an actual conversation while enjoying a drink and good grub.
Servers are friendly, polite, and prompt with service.
I would reccomend a stop in here on your next night out on the town!

Went in for drinks and something to eat. Was offered a taste of Beef stroganoff which was great as well as the drinks. Friendly staff, very interesting decor with lots of character.

The minute I walked in, I was treated by every staff member and patron as if I was a well liked regular. Nothing fake or over the top. It was a genuine sense that I was welcomed. That they were glad I chose to spend my time and liver destruction at their establishment.
Absolutely charming , great breakfast and will definitely be back.
When I lived up the street, I loved visiting the Humbolt. Family or bar side. Then I sold my house to some random people passing by and they bought the ‘Bolt. Somehow it got even better!! Love you guys!

I love the staff there! One day I was having the worst day after being left by my boyfriend with "no pot to piss in"-when one of the bartenders-I recognized from the Humboldt came over to me and gave me a handful of snacks and $5. I could tell this was from her own money and she had purchased the snacks. Made me want to cry how genuine and thoughtful this woman was. She didn't even know my backstory or care. Everytime I've been in there the staff is so friendly and always makes you feel welcome. So, whether your wearing Grundens or a Cocktail dress this place offers a great atmosphere for a night out on the town. Everyone is so Humble at the Humboldt!! I highly recommend checking it out!!! Oh and foods pretty great to. Good job guys!
There is a very diverse group of people that go here which is great. The service is friendly and fast. The food is fresh and really good.

Limited menu choices mostly some burgers,but the very nice bartender/waitress/server, she wore alot of hats, was great.
