I have been going to Teriyaki Town for years and consider it to be one of my first picks for lunch or dinner. A friend comes up from California and loves their food! He tells me it is the best teriyaki he has ever had. The service is always prompt, gracious, and fast. I ate dinner there last night and it was clean, the air conditioning just the right temperature as it was baking outside. There are always paper and magazines for reading if you are by yourself. I have called many times for takeout and they manage a steady stream of regulars smoothly, always greeted by a ready smile and gentle manners. I ordered chicken teriyaki and was treated to a lovely plate of fresh rice, a large serving of chicken, with a fresh green salad with their, what I consider, "famous salad dressing" (light, sweet, and blends perfectly with the greens). Tea was available for self-serve. Their restaurant is small and there were some chairs stacked in the restroom, however perhaps that is why they have survived and other businesses in the area have closed? Simple is good and reliability and reputation is everything. Especially in a small town near the foot of Mt. Si.

I come here almost everyday as I work nearby, the workers are friendly and know me and my order by name. I always get the Gyoza platter and have never been disappointed. Consistently good and served hot.
All the food was good. Not dry like most teriyaki places.
We didn't experience any unpleasant service like others that had posted.
Would definitely come back on our way through.
Been going here for years, its great food for little cost. Not sure what the bad reviewers were eating but i love the egg rolls, pot stickers and the stir fry 53 beef pork combo.
