I went there last night with a friend the place is decorated beautifully the atmosphere was awesome the food (Cuban) was delicious prices are reasonable it’s a BYOB and the service was exceptional very friendly staff I’m definitely going back and I recommend this restaurant they have a three man band on Friday night and Saturday the place is awesome!
I really like the place best Cuban food the sangria is delicious also my favorite dessert is the churros the service is very good

Definitely a place to eat good cuban food. The churrasco is amazing. I had it with congri and maduros. The place is byob. Liqour store is right across the street and they deliver right to your table. Can’t get better than that.
I was very pleased with the layout and ambiance. The selection is excellent and I was impressed with the variety. The staff and management were very attentive to me throughout the entire evening. I was there for Valentine’s Day and the restaurant was packed for dinner. Overall, a wonderful establishment and cheers to a new spot in the area.
A delightful evening out with friends found us at Trova and the restaurant delivered a truly outstanding experience. Delicious food, live music and service level you just don't really find these days.

A awesome Cuban spot...we felt like we were in a Cuban restaurant on Miami Beach. The food was typical of what many Cubans miss of our beautiful island. Every detail was on point, a must go Cuban spot for all ages... Check out the menu and go for what the waiters recommend, you won't be sorry. Fresh, tasty and totally delicious food and dessert at this welcomed addition to North Bergen and Bergenline Avenue. I missed having a mojito but it’s a BOYB spot. They do offer wine and sangria. ¡Recomendado!
Trova is a wonderul dinning experience. It brings you back in time with their Cuban classic film posters that decorate the walls. Their guava butter is a delicious addition for your bread. You can dine here without breaking the bank. Their menu has many traditional plates but with a modern twist. Owner Jorge and wife always make the place feel at home.

Excellent, cozy Cuban restaurant. I had the chuleta and it was a very large portion nicely cooked with arroz Moro and tostones. A band played on Friday night.
