Mi Pequeno has definitely impressed. My chicken burrito was almost to big to fit on my plate. Homemade tamales that reminded me of San Diego when I took the first bite.

Well run, clean family restaurant. Food is fresh, authentic, and typical of geographic area (Hidalgo) around Mexico City, Mexico. Much English is spoken and the menu is bi-lingual with detailed photos of most dishes. Delicious food for which we will definitely return to eagerly explore the rest of the menu. Ask for the local Hidalgo (unique!) appetizer made with cannoloni beans. Prices are quite fair particularly when you consider prices charged elsewhere for commercial, microwaved junk-food that is passed-off as original Mexican these days (in these parts). The owners are really nice folks too! Enjoy.
What the frack. This place is delicious. Ask for the spicey salsa and bring your big boy pants, because it is absolutely not messing around.
Staff is super kind, the food is unique, and the prices make me think that I am getting something just a step above your typical Mexican restaurant.

The set up is larger than the outside appearance, which leads to tons of potential customers. The menu is cheap and delicious, and the waiters are always around the corner. The cook is phenomenal, and the overall visit is wonderful.
Just wow! Flavorful! Homemade tortillas! For a Mexican to like it's gotta be good. Great customer service. Very nice and clean. Definitely worth the drive.

Great food. I ordered a carne asada burrito which was pretty big, 2 chicken tacos, guacamole and chips, the guacamole was so good and fresh.
