Came here for breakfast. Definately a busy spot. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Cleanliness was okay. Ordered a toasted coffee cake muffin and blue berry pancakes. The coffee cake muffin was delicious and the pancakes were fluffy and light.

Had the Florentine Benedict’s and the cinnamon apple French toast.
The eggs were perfectly cooked and the bread didn’t get soggy! The potatoes were well seasoned and not greasy.
Staff is super friendly and sweet .
