I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this place. While the food was alright, and since I'm no expert on chicken picata, I can only judge them based on the staff. Our server was named Chris and he was also the bartender. Very rarely lately do we go to a restaurant and the staff is seemingly happy to be there. He managed not only work the bar but also wait on the tables. He was quick witted, attentive and also the entertainment. He serenaded us with many 90s RNB classics, which we enjoyed thouroughly. The chicken picata was too lemony for my taste, but the pasta and chicken was well cooked. I want to return to try more dishes and hear another song from Chris the bartender.

I tried this place for the first time today, not really knowing what to expect from the reviews. It was amazing. I ordered my old standby, chicken parmesan, but lately I've been subbing the spaghetti with the pasta with olive oil and garlic and couldn't be happier with the dish. It was delicious. My wife ordered the salmon and it was awesome as well. Always one to love cocktails, we tried the mojito and the twisted cosmopolitan, both of which I would highly recommend. For dessert we had their housemade tiramisu, another delight. The prices are surprisingly low, the location is beautiful, and the service was top notch. Our server Rob, was quick and made very convincing recommendations.

The Chicken Picatta& Shrimp Scampi had too much lemon on it . Myself and my guest both agreed. We had to send them back. Manager apologized and graciously accommodated us

On Sunday Dec 8 we had my birthday party at Bistro 57. 8 of us had a great meal and a wonderful time. Jamie and Vanessa took such good care of us. I had the veal chop and it was by far the best and biggest I’ve ever had. Everyone loved their meals. Not our first time at the Bistro. A couple times a month we do appetizers and wine during happy hour (4-6).

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service that was presented to us at Bistro 57. I am a strong skeptic of the restaurants found inside of the Aliante casino. My wife and I frequent the casino and have sampled meals from nearly all the restaurants with negative experiences every time. Salted Lime, T.G.I. Friday's, Aliante buffet, and Farm have all disappointed in one way or another. This being considered, I was apprehensive to go to Bistro 57. My experience there was completely opposite from previous experiences. The restaurant has an inviting atmosphere with dimly lit lights and modern decor. The staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs. The food was absolutely exquisite! The meatballs are a must for newcomers. Although the menu didn't offer many options for steak, I went with the steak pizzaiola and it was amazing. Fantastic food and service from a local establishment, without having to deal with the nuisances of eating on the strip. Price was less than what you would expect of a higher end dining establishment. Dress was extremely casual, but there was no judgment for my attire (dress shirt with golf shorts). This will be a frequently visited restaurant for my family. Props to you Bistro 57 for changing my opinion of the dining options at Aliante. Finally, a restaurant that delivers at every level and exceeds all expectations!
