Friendliest staff ever! Most attentive. Haven't been in a long time but it looks great, tastes great and the staff is the cherry on top.

Walked into CiCi pizza famished from delivering in the heat. Was sort of out of it when a gentleman asked me how I was doing, I gave him this blank stare as I was too tired to speak. Then he introduced himself as the owner and said his name was Mark. He said asking how I was doing is part of his old fashion customer service. I must admit this attention to the customer perked me up and I remembered my manners. I told him I was sorry I responded that way as I was wiped out and just was trying to get this food in system. I had a problem with my powerade that Mark too care of immediately he even refilled my drink for me so I didn't have to get up. On trip one his son Skyler was there doing the same level of customer service, I spoke with him briefly about them being new owners for about a couple years now. This family is doing things right as I have lived in this area for 11 years and had never come into this location to eat until yesterday. The reason for my return today was a couple things were of concern that I wanted to see if it had been addressed, they were, that is why the five stars. This will definitely be my go to pizza spot. Great customer service is infectious here with both sons doing the same. There is always fresh hot pizzas coming out the oven and these guys announce it when they put then out for everybody. CiCis known to let you order personal pizzas for yourself. This place is worth a visit. Pictured in the photo is oldest son Skyler, Stacy and Adam. Mike is pictured by himself.
Just another great experience. Staff is always nice and friendly. Nice young man there is always thanking me for coming to the restaurant. After I get my table and start eating, they are always going around making sure everything to OK and if I need anything else. If you would like a certain style pizza that's not on the buffet. Just ask and they will make you one right up. Employees go the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome. And someone is always making sure the tables are clean and sanitized.
Hands down the best and friendliest Cicis pizza I’ve been too! Isaac Cruz was driven to make sure we were happy! The whole staff was always making sure we were ok. I wish we had more places to enjoy like this. Will pass my neighborhood Cicis to give this one repeat business. Thanks for everything and I’ll see y’all next time!
Went to lunch with a friend and our 2 two year old girls, had a great time and food was so good! Mike was awesome to us and hooked us up! We'll definitely be going back soon.
Walked in for a late lunch and was immediately greeted. Then manager on duty left and still made sure if we need anything to let them know. Supervisor for evening shift came to table and made sure we were ok. Great customer service and checked in on us and other guests. Food was good and hot. Kept refreshing the buffet bar. Really impressed. I will be back!👍😁
Michael and his whole team were amazing! Michael had the most positive attitude I’ve ever seen and his team was so helpful and nice. I will never go to another cicis, the pizza was fresh and employees were amazing! Thank you, it’s so nice to see good customer service still. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Shocking how much good customer service can effect a persons day and mood. My wife and I were greeted upon entry by the manager. Awesome vibe between him and the staff. Everyone was happy and welcoming. The pizza was fresh and to pare. Requested cinnamon rolls and they were out within minutes along with a smile. 👍🏾
