LimeRed is one of the best locations to get bubble tea. They have a variety of macarons and desserts. The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is spacious. You should definitely visit if you haven't already!
Slow to get my order, but worth the wait. Might be the best bubble tea shop in town. The assam milk tea was delicious.
Although they lack a large seating area, this was the first, and is still the best, bubble tea place in Northampton.
Quick stop and grabbed two boba teas. They were both really tasty. I usually like to visit a place two or three times before I leave a review but Google was pestering me so I left a quick 4 stars!

Customer service isn't great (though the newly hired employees have been amazing - that's why I gave it four stars instead of three) and yet I keep coming back because that's how good the drinks are! I've been coming here for years and won't stop anytime soon! Very clean and they are always fast and efficient. If you have the time and are willing to make the small trek their Amherst location has much better customer service (much friendlier) and a better overall vibe but the drink quality is great at both locations.
When I arrived the cashier told us that they were all out of boba, but was very helpful. He tried to explain what red beans tasted like, and made sure that I knew it wasn't like a dinner bean. He also helped pick out what topping would go best in a red bean smoothie. It was delicious!
I go to LimeRed a couple times per week. Their staff are incredible! Very friendly, and always helpful anytime I bring in someone who's never had Bubble Tea before. They always go above and beyond, even often asking "how is it?" after someones first sip.
The drinks are incredible. there is NOTHING on the menu that isn't great. Every time I try a new tea for the first time, its just as good as everything else I've had there. Consistently excellent!
I tried the dumplings for the first time today which are on par with their drinks and staff, excellent.
I highly recommend LimeRed for the best Bubble Tea you'll find in Western Mass.
Best bubble tea in western mass!! High quality not fake or cheap tasting fruit tea and milk teas. They use real strawberrys in the strawberry match tea too.

Great place! Jeff was so patient with us (me, my friend and our four kids) trying to make a selection. He creatively made recommendations to help us and waited with a smile as we ran the options by the kids.The tea was excellent and to everyone liking! Definitely coming back!

Northampton is lucky to have a lime red here in town. Our go to place for Boba tea. You can order online and it will be ready for you on a table in about 10 minutes.

I love LimeRed Teahouse! They have a large variety of delicious drinks. My go-to is a large peach tea with regular boba, but recently I've been exploring my options and I have yet to be disappointed. The vibe is great and people are even better. The only reason I have knocked out one star is not LimeRed's fault but my own. I go there much too often and waste (though it is worth every cent) my money on their exquisite drinks. If I had the option to do around 4.9 stars that what I would do. Anyway if you are ever looking for a delectable refreshment I'd stop by LimeRed!
They have a nearly 100% hands off process. If you are covid conscious you will feel very safe. I consider myself pretty covid conscious & found it a little overboard. Staff weren't as helpful as they could be with the ordering process nor selection. It was a good product tho & held up well during my walk.
The boba tea here is great although a bit pricy. The worker I was served by here was cold and didn't respond to "thank you"s and made me feel like I wasn't listened to when I would speak. Would improve on staff but the product served was great.
