Nice store and generally good service. The drinks are always very good quality and they are very efficient. Wouldn't hurt to have staff be a little more friendly and welcoming, but overall a very good experience.
Very friendly. They have a green tea lemonade that I would pay top dollar for!! The atmosphere is cozy and the drinks are prepared to perfection!! Kudos to all the wonderful staff!!
We think Caribou is the best of the chain coffee shops. They have a good variety of coffee, drinks, baked goods and sandwiches. Pricing is decent and we've never had a bad experience here.
The Northfield front counter staff and cust service is excellent. The store is very clean. Always a good experience.
Nice clean welcoming building and staff. $6.21 seemed like too expensive for the small black coffee and medium hot cocoa.
