We ended up at Fat Cat very randomly as we walked up and down the street of an unfamiliar city looking for a late night bite. The owner unlocked the door and let us in and fed us like family. The pizza was SO good. Thin crust, small pies that you can eat on your own (if you are hungry people like us!). We got so many delicious toppings and tried all of the fun seasonings they bring over to the table. They gave us a free desert to share that was amazing (lavender ice cream sandwich). I live over an hour away and would go back that way just for another pizza. Thank you for your kindness and great food!

Fat Cat offers the best gluten-free pizza in the world, served with a great selection of spices from Penzys. Try one of fantastic house wines selected by members of this family-owned business. Great place for a first date. Or a second.

Crispy very thin crust slices of deliciousness! Usually get the Eggplant with Prociutto Pizza. Box of various spices is brought to the table to mix up the flavor to your liking. The wine selection is wonderful! Had a very nice Rioja last time. It's very close to where we live, so we go often. The Staff and Owner are extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is great. Go!

Five Stars for fine wine, affordability, and a conscientious crew. Organic, simple, down to earth. Pizza, cheese plates, salads, and desserts. Been open over 10 years and we still eat there just about weekly, as we have been for all 10. The "Cheers" of wine bars with a new plus: killer jazz Monday nights. Love this community centered place!

Very very good food. I was so pleased that they have gf crust available and it is not the usual pre-made gf crust that is usually available. It is THE BEST GF CRUST I HAVE EVER HAD!! I had a white pizza with carmelized onions, mushrooms and kalmatta olives. Delicious!!!

So good and fresh!! The gf crust is amazing, beat I've ever had!!! We shared the kale salad which was perfect in dressing and portion etc. I had a gf pizza and my husband had a regular pizza. It is a little pricier than we are used to but bit is Fairfield County. $9 for one beer? But very very good. We would make the trek to come again!

Finally! Good pizza in CT. I will even say excellent. This place is similar to colony pizza, if colony pizza was actually good. Thin, crispy crust. Delicious sauce and toppings. The toppings are freshly cooked vegetables and not out of a can which is the biggest distinction for me. Added bonus, great wine selection.

This is my new favorite casual restaurant. The thin crust pizza is amazing. I have gluten free crust with no cheese topping and the sauce is tasty. All ingredients are very fresh, delicious and low sodium. Kale and Quinoa salad is huge and to die for. Excellent wine list and pleasant decor and acoustics. Nice staff and down to earth owners.Don't expect great service unless you sit at the bar where the owner will pamper you!

Their handmade thin crust personal pizzas are to die for, what ever toppings you choose!! I love them so much that I've never been able to convince myself to order anything else! But considering the tasty pizzas, I'm almost sure all their food tastes just as good. Love the ambience as well. P.S. If you're wondering what to do with left over pizza, worry not; it tastes even better the next day!

It's nice to have a place in town where you can never question the integrity of their ingredients and anything you order is quality. Recommendation: always order their seasonal special. The ingredients might sound weird, but it always work. Currently, their winter season pizza is braised cabbage, capers and creme fraiche and it was WOW good.

When you're here they treat you like one of the family. The pizza toppings are fresh and unique (where else do they serve garlic scape pesto?) and they make it a mission to offer you fresh, local, quality ingredients and very reasonable prices. Oh, and don't skip dessert. The butterscotch pudding is a must-try

The place is well located and was filled when we visited on Saturday. The restaurant offers a simple menu which is easy to select. The Thin Crust Pizza was excellent and the option of 8 different spices that was provided gave added flavor to a pizza that was already good. I will definitely be visiting this place again to try out other combination of toppings, as each of the option we tried brought out a different flavor profile.
