I had no idea I never reviewed this place. I love them and I recommend them to every friend I meet, every person I talk to in a store, really just anyone that asks "where should I go to eat?" The food is always consistent & delicious, the staff are the friendliest humans on earth, and I am always looking forward to my next meal here. Recently moved closer so I just ordered take out and the food held up / traveled perfectly. This is the best Indian food in Connecticut. If you're a vegetarian or vegan, this place will never disappoint. Thank you for the fabulous food!
Very good, authentic, homemade Indian cuisine. The owner, Pinky, is personable and concerned that the food is made correctly and to the customer's liking . The spiciness and the flavors of the food is very good. The lunch specials and the service is very good.

They use family recipes, and make your dining experience feel more like a homestay experience/like they're hosting you in their Punjabi kitchen. We asked if they had ginger tea and our waitress offered to make us some fresh. She gave us a complimentary chickpea dish along with extra rice to-go. Big, fresh samosas too! Lovely lovely dinner here
Great food. Spices can be customised. Pinky, the sweet and caring owner will guide you through the menu.
Now, the food. We ordered a kebab, garlic naan and a chicken dish. Each of them tasted delicious. Also, the food was not at all greasy and came in sufficient amount.
The ambience was great and we definitely recommend this place if you want to have authentic Indian cuisine.

I'd give this place 4 stars for the food but that one extra star is for the service. The owner aunty is so friendly and nice. She offered us Dal Makhni just because we said Malai Kofta was not as authentic. She is an honest critic of her own menu and loves to feed people. A must go for you and a go again for me!
