This was my second trip to the spa and I was looking forward to revisiting Kensington's! I remembered the food and service being fantastic last year but this visit still exceeded expectations. We had Ed as our server both nights for dinner and he was truly exceptional. He was knowledgeable of the food, walked the perfect line of attentive while still allowing us to socialize without too many "check-ins." He's a class act and real pro. As is obvious, we adored him. The food was cooked perfectly with a beautiful presentation. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

First time to experience the spa area. It was such a blissful, calming & wonderful experience! Can't wait to go back. Staff at Ascots Pub was super friendly & charming. Beautifully kept property!

Had a wonderful experience here! Spent a full 24 hours, for a pedicure, massage, enjoying the soa facilities, dinner at Kensingtons, a restful sleep and a tasty breakfast. I love that you can wander around in your robes for complete relaxation and comfort. The lounge area has a healthy juice bar as well as wine or bubbles and a cozy fireplace. Dinner was great and so was breakfast. The rooms are quiant and traditional but for me it was a cozy escape from the usual modern sleek rooms you usually see. Will be coming back!

Relaxing and refreshing from start to finish! Checking into the spa was easy and Spa attendants made sure we knew exactly where everything was and were available if we had any questions. Our massages were incredible and left us feeling relaxed for days. We grabbed lunch at Kensingtons and cannot say enough positive things! The server was personable and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious with serving sizes that keep you full. This spa truly makes you feel like you're miles away from the real world. Our visit left me stress free and relaxed for weeks. This was our first time to the spa and we're already planning our next trip!

I did a staycation here for 2 nights with 1 service at the spa each day. This place is a gem! I moved away from this area for 2 years and couldn't find anything remotely close to what the Norwich spa offers. The sauna, steam room, hot tub area of the women's locker room is unmatched in the past 3 states we've lived in. The Inn is historic and lovely and has all the character I love in a New England venue. I think Norwich Inn and Spa is a treasure. (as an aside, when I read the reviews that disparage this location for it's need to "upgrade" I'm frustrated. It is an old, historic Inn, you nitwits. I appreciate how they've kept such an historic Inn functioning so well!). My services (facial and massage) were excellent, but I need to factor in my use of their facilities for a couple hours before/after to justify the cost. Definitely make a day of it.

The place is lovely, the food is wonderful, the service is great. The spa needs much better management and oversight. The spa seems way overbooked on the weekend days. The spa services were good, but the facilities were not clean and smelled bad throughout., not like a spa sound smell. It detracted from our visit and services.

I will be making a third visit soon! I love this spa resort. The staff are very friendly and so helpful. The spa staff are very supportive and help you with your planning needs and make sure you’re good to go. The gift shop is so fun and the Norwich brand items smell so good!! The food at the restaurants are delicious!!

We were there this weekend for our niece’s wedding; everything was perfect, from the venue, the professional service of the Front Desk to the Restaurant staff. The Room was very confortable and super clean. I will give The Inn a 10 out of 10.

The first room we were given had an incredible odor so we were given another. The rooms in general are dated and in need of a refresh. The service is great everyone was willing to go out of there way to make the stay a positive experience.

Booked services & appt online but after our services (3 people) upon checkout i found out they had services added on (not asking for em) but were done (they didnt know what was being done/paid for) so at check out we said this & the girl asked if 'those services were done', we said 'yes', & she said "well then u have to pay for them." But the bill online & what i actually paid was almost $200 more!! The massages & spa facilities were very nice but food was expensive.

The spa was amazing. I had a facial and a masseage. Great service and super friendly. The locker room was huge, sandles and robes to use for the day were great. Sauna was so toasty.

This place is awesome. From the moment you pull onto the property you know you're in for a treat. The inn is an older refurbished historical building but don't take that the wrong way. When I say refurbished I mean completely redone and modernized. Much more than a simple coat of paint and a facelift. Everything is very clean and very well-appointed but do keep in mind it is a very old historic building. I believe we booked the Standard Room. If you're up for something much fancier are plenty of suites to choose from My wife was very happy with the massage treatment she received and while I find it a little peculiar that the steam room and sauna are within the locker rooms, the spa is very nice and the service is top-notch. The fact that there's a juice bar at the spa is an added bonus as is the nice boutique. The food at Kensington is excellent and again service is top-notch. We will definitely stay here again and as an added bonus, you're 2 minutes away from Mohegan Sun.

Had a few issues with room, but learned that the resort is getting renovated! Customer service was EXCELLENT. Helped with all our issues. Couldn’t have been nicer. Enjoyed the daytime bartender, too
