Usually decent for a burger king. We always order ahead on the app. Food is fine, what you would expect from a burger king. The last two times we have gone here they have had us pull to the front of the building to bring our food out to us which generally takes 5-10 minutes. It would be nice if they would allow them to make the food ahead of time to avoid this as I imagine that is the problem. Last time we were took about 20 minutes to get to the restaurant from when we ordered and still got pulled up for almost 10 minutes.
Best service of any BK ever! Was there on Sept 28 at 1130 am. Fish sandwich and onion rings were delicious and order was ready so quickly.
The employee was taking orders and he was in the window was amazing and helpful. He was very polite. I now can use my app thank - you for doing ur job amazing. 😁 Food was good and service was fast. Guy with blue hair 👍 it was after 10 pm so you know when it was a great time to go and all the food was fresh .
This burger king is kept in nice condition, the food was amazing and it tasted good. I think this burger king deserves 4.5 stars instead of 3.7
Food was good...was freshly prepared and hot. Drive through like was terrible and long.
The young lady at the drive through, I believe her name was Emily, very pleasant to deal with.
Just went through the drive through and grabbed a burger and fries.

Food is always great! Cashier named Rico was extremely personable and friendly. He asked about our day and made small talk, which was an extremely welcome change to most fast food service

Best BK I've ever been to. I travel all over the state. Drive thru started slow at first and I got a little impatient while hearing the person a few cars ahead have a large order and be very particular. After getting the pleasure of having a very thorough and pleasant ordering experience- the food was hot, fresh and 100% accurate with ketchup and napkins and never once asking for them like usual. EVERYTHING was hot and accurate even down to the fish sandwich with special instructions. Management and corporate will be hearing of the one establishment they have in CT that does their job and deserves the pay rates they desire in that business. It's cheesy but I hope they take pride in the service they provide their customers cause it's fantastic!
I just burnt my mouth on an onion ring, so I decided to take a bite of my triple cheeseburger (they'll make it any way you ask and not complain it's crazy) but it was too hot as well. So while I wait here in the parking lot for my food to cool down I thought I'd write a review banking the staff at this Burger King for always having hot fresh food consistently as well as the staff actually seeming to care about the people that are coming through thei business. Burger king, you rule!
