It's a very nice little mom and pop shop for those in the area. I stopped here for some breakfast after an appointment in the area and had a delicious southwest wrap, the woman behind the counter was super helpful with suggestions, and the service was superb. The food was very affordable. I was the only customer other than one older couple that came in for their breakfast. If you're in the area and need a bite to eat, stop by and support this local business!

I drive by all the time and finally decided to stop in - I should have a long time ago! Such friendly staff, and great food. I got the chicken caesar wrap, one of my favorite foods, and it was DELICIOUS! I will for sure be back.
Stopped by here for something to eat on my way home from Foxwoods, this place did not disappoint. Good food, made with love clearly. my boyfriend also really enjoyed his breakfast :) I’ll be coming back!

First, the food here is generally delicious. The ingredients are quality and they have some wonderful combinations for their special panini's and wraps. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. While trying to order lunch I called 5 separate times only to be met with a busy signal every time. I finally decided to go in to order in person.
I placed an order for 1 salad and 1 panini. I was told it would be 10-15min. After sitting there for over 30 minutes, my order was finally ready. I could hear the staff talking and how disorganized they were ("Where's the lettuce?" several times, "Don't do that, I'll do that and you work on this", "Did you do this for this order?", "Where's the slip for that order?"), leading to slowness and inefficiency. When people in the office order lunch from here, they sometimes place the order at 10AM just to make sure that we'll have it delivered on time for lunch.
This service needs to be addressed and remedied. If you're catering to a lunch crowd and billing yourself as "fast food", a 30min wait time for a walk-in order is unacceptable.
Edit: After return visits, the service seems to have improved. The food really is delicious and, with improved wait times and service, I've bumped the rating up to a 4*.
My company recently held an Open House for our customers in Norwich and Lori"s Deli and Bakeshop provided an awesome continental breakfast. Lori was great to deal with and very helpful in the planning and execution of the food. Thanks to her husband as well, who delivered and picked up for our event. Thank you Lori and staff!
The salads are amazing. They are fresh with creative choices standard. They will willingly substitute other choices if you want like almonds for walnuts. Food is quickly prepared and ready for pickup when you arrive.

Amazing breakfast wraps & Italian cookies.
An absolutely wonderful local deli and bake shop. I love to stop here for a delicious salad or freshly baked slice of cake. The staff are very kind and friendly to all who visit. I would reccomend this to anyone visiting or from Norwich. Note that parking isn't the best, location can be troublesome.
