So at first i thought this was going to be a 1 star review LOL!!! But when a store goes above and beyond to make it right, credit is definitely due!
Tonight i ordered a pizza for me and my 1 & 3 year olds. Cheese pizza stuffed crust. Basic. Cause my babies are picky and don’t like meat topping etc like pretty much every kid on the planet lol
it arrived and i got it and brought it into the kitchen and opened the box. It was a meat lovers? Pizza i guess like 25 different types of meat lol and i knew my kids would never eat it. I did try and they literally picked it apart and my son threw it on the floor. So i called the store, manager Troy got me the new correct pizza probably within 23 minutes. Like as soon as it came out the oven, boxed and it was at my door. He could probably hear my kids yelling in the background cause it’s pizza night and they wanted pizza! So thank you so much to the driver for coming back super quick and getting my babies their cheese pizza and thanks to Troy for being a great manager and making it happen! You still have a long time Loyal Customer!! Thanks again -Aria
Pizza was fresh and tasty. And if you put it In the air fryer for about 5-6 minutes, it's even more tasty. 😋
One of the best places to get fresh pizza, you can customize your pizza to your desire, and the staffs are very nice ❤️❤️
Consistently good pizza. Nice staff/drivers. On a separate note, and Not a reflection of this location, but Papa John’s should not have migrated to the call center style ordering. The phone operators barely speak English and drag the ordering process out way too long. I think they hired the Dunkin Donuts peeps to answer their calls. Good luck.
