It's a town landmark. Only beer,wine, and pull tabs, the owners and employees are friendly the beer is nice and cold, and on the weekends they have always had local bands for entertainment. This establishment is always contributing to the community. Must be why they have been around so long. Highly recommended for a place to kick back with a beer and play some pool, bonus! stunning waterfront views!
I love that they serve just beer and the bartenders are wonderful people. The regulars are a little hardened but there's a good mix of younger and older. There's pool tables and music. They do a big Sunday thing but it is for sure home grown and that's why we like it. Problem staff have been fired.
this place has rustic charm and a wonderful staff. I have no issues leaving my purse on the bar knowing that when I get back inside it will still be there. The Oak Harbor Tavern, has been around for years and the current owners take pride in her history. 27 years of ownership by one family and when you walk into the place you automaticly become one of the oht family. I recommend this bar for any foot ball loving beer loving pool shooting person who wants to go to an old rustic but lovely establishment
This tavern has been here since the 1850s and you have to accept the fact that it's been really old and and it's at the end of Pioneer Way it's a old bar Tavern. No food there but there's great food and surrounding cafes. It's just the local bar and it has been for over a hundred and 60 years
First time going was last night.
Fun little hole in wall bar! Bartenders, and bar goers were very upbeat, welcoming, and having a great time.
They have pool tables and a juke box.
Great place to unwind, and feel at home.
Only place in town (besides my own couch), I can walk in after a hard day, Lay down on a bar stool for a minute, and take a deep breath... Recoup, and sit up all smiles without anyone looking at me like a total freak and weirdo.
Um, Like mom's house but WITH beer?!?! Are you kidding me?! BONUS! Someone else grabs me the beer too! Love this place and always have...
