Vacationed here, in Aug-14,,,,Wasnt sure what to expect because of mixed reviews. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY!!!
Rooms were clean, Spacious, beds were comfortable!
The only thing I would like to see improved is a slightly bigger refrigerator, after all we are they to catch fish, gotta have some where to put them ALL!!!!!

Good food and good service. The only negative part about the experience eating here is the wait to be seated. They have very limited seating so expect to wait a little while, especially if you have a group of 7 or more. But they do their best to sit you as quickly as possible.
we had a to go order and it was for a grouplace of 15 people. the order was 100% perfect. When we picked up the food they were super nice and had it out in moments. The food was amazing. We will be coming back.
Stayed the October 2nd and 3rd. Its not a five star establishment but if you are a fisherman and want to dock you boat there you are only minutes away from a very nice inlet to get out to the ocean or you can cruise up and down the icw. Really enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again when our next fishing tournament is that way!
We Have stayed at the marina a few times and It is always awesome. It is a marina hotel, great for fishing, boating, or if you want to enjoy the beach/waterway and have a place to rinse off and sleep and take a break. The staff is always friendly, the location is perfect. We keep going back.
Had a birthday dinner at the restaurant & all 5 of our entrees were fantastic! We were staying in a house a mile away, so the only testament for the motel would be amazing views & proximity to the shore.
The Fish House had really great food and excellent service. Had the seafood chowder and deviled crab, both of which were tasty. Would definitely eat there again.
Very courteous staff. Easy check in. This is an older motel but super clean and a great room for the price. We would definitely stay again!
This is the best seafood restaurant on the NC coast. The staff was great, fast and friendly. The food was the best I've had in a very long time. Kudos to everyone at Blue Water. We loved it!!!!
Super good food and wait staff. The hotel is right on the water. We were able to rent jet skis and had a blast.
Location is great just 100 yds from beach on the intercoastal waterway. Rooms are dated but clean and well maintained. Prices are reasonable.
We parked there for our jet ski rental worn Carolina Water Sports. The jet skis were decent and the staff was great.
We have been staying here for about 5 years. Come every May & September. Love it.
The restaurant is fabulous . Friendly staff and food is always excellent!

Boat ramp need some maintance but worked as a boat ramp. The motel office has a some fishing supplies but is closed a lot.
The food, staff and the waterfront location were great!
