Lovely laid back bakery worthy of their flagship - Casa D’Angelo.
Their excellent coffee bar is reminiscent of a true Italian coffee bar. The espresso was terrific and it’s the perfect place to unwind with your family while indulging in fresh baked goods! 5/5.
Affogato, apple strudel, eggplant lasagna, almond orange cake. Everything i have tried is simply amazing flavor.
Customer service is not the greatest but I can understand they are short in staff. I have been to there multiple time and customer service continues average. It needs improvement. Quality of food excelent!
what a nice cafe!! i had the pistachio tiramisu and it was wonderful. so rich and moist :) everything looked so good! it was so hard not to get everything lol.
I always drive by this place and was curious to see what they had. Boy was I in for a treat. I was really amazed by the amount of greatness they have to offer and I took it upon myself to buy a bunch of other sweets to take home. Great place, fantastic staff, and most importantly the food was just perfect
Great little spot with good food and nice people. Appears to be a great Italian community hub to watch soccer matches.
I guess people never tried a lot of pastries in their life that why they picky and leave 4,3 stars rating for this place.
I live in NYC and been many bakeries in many different countries, so this Angelo Elia bakery is one of the best bakeries I’ve even been.
Everything is delicious and made with love.
Highly recommend
Heard about this spot through social media and I'm really glad that it lived up to the hype. The cafe has many delectable items which you can give a try, from fantastic croissant sandwiches to amazing sweets. My recommendations include the Nutella Croissant, Cannolil, the Struffoli, and the Almond Croissant. I really want to highlight how the croissants are filled to the brim with flavor. Usually at shops like this when I get a flavored croissant, they end up just having a little bit of filling (or maybe I'm just unlucky with the spots I choose), but the croissants here are packed with decedant fillings which are amazing. They have a wide selection of coffee/tea beverage options that you would expect at an authentic Italian cafe as well. Overall, I'd highly recommend this spot if you're ever in the Fort Lauderdale area.
Authentic casual Italian cuisine, food, drinks and bakery. Turkey Lasagna, a rare treat, delicious. We’ve been here many times before. Have really enjoyed it. It’s a more casual version of the more upscale restaurant just south of La Bamba‘s on Federal in Fort Lauderdale.
This place is awesome. The Dessert we ordered was delicious and the Coffee as well. All the way great atmosphere and vibe. Be prepared - bring time to order and until your order is brought to your table. No rushing. Everyone is calm and it goes smooth. Sit down, relax and enjoy. I highly recommend to try this place if you haven’t yet.
Oh my! Finally a bakery like in Europe! Loved their Nutella croissant, ricotta cheesecake, and tiramisu.
Simply OMG!
Gelato is Veryyy good!
Coffee is excellent!
Croissants are amazing!
Muffins soooo good!
And I can continue on and on, because everything in this bakery is highly quality, fresh made and delicious… I just mentioned mi favorites.
The service is great as well, everyone is friendly.
They have tablea inside and outside, where you can sit and enjoy any of their good stuff.
Cute little Italian bakery. I do feel like if you're not Italian you're not as warmly welcomed lol But that was just probably my personal feeling. Most likely not the actual case...
The quiche I got wasn't bad at all and some of the pastries were absolutely delicious. The macarons were perfection! I'd definitely recommend for quick breakfast.
We are here every Sunday, and today was no exception although we got a later start and enjoyed an elegant and delicious charcuterie board made of high quality meats and cheeses. This is my favorite place that reminds me of my Italian parents and grandparents in both food offerings and ambiance. Everything about this spot screams quality, service and Old World charm. Molto grazie con amore!
Thanksgiving morning we started with coffee and croissants at Angelo’s! You cannot believe how delicious these turkey, Brie croissant sandwiches are with cranberry sauce and arugula. Now it’s time to make Thanksgiving dinner! But as we say, the day begins after great coffee, and Angelo’s always is top notch! A special thanks to the ladies who work behind the counter, make the coffee and serve our delicacies. These ladies are the best of the best and we love them all!
Benissimo! If you are looking for the best Italian coffee, panini and pastries with an upscale international flair, then Angelo’s Bakery Bar is for you! We love the staff here as much as the food! Try the Caprese Panini along with a rich creamy slice of Opera, Tiramisu, and everything else in the bakery for breakfast or dessert! Conveniently located on Oakland Park Boulevard and Federal, only a mile or so from Fort Lauderdale Beach. This is our “go to” place for coffee whether for breakfast, lunch or anything else in-between! Mille grazie per tutti💕
Wonderful atmosphere, delicious freshly prepared pastries, friendly service, and the coffees are what you expect from a European styled cafe. Love it and will be returning.
Here is your chance to get a view the Old World all in the confines of South Florida. They must have recently upgraded the pastry chef because the pasties are mouth watering and so delicate. Add a very good espresso machine and a room full of people speaking Italian and you have an idea of what makes this place unique.
Excellent. Everything is made with love. I love this place and you will too .
