Croissant dough rolled thin, spread w/ brown sugar & cinnamon, rolled into a log, then cut & baked in muffin pans…nothing short of decadent.

The classic french croissant, made w/ croissant dough (flour, butter, milk, sugar & yeast) cut into a triangle w/ the requisite seven ridges. Fabulous w/ jam & butter.
Chocolatine
Croissant dough w/ baton boulanger (bakers chocolate batons) in the middle. The classic pain au chocolat.
Croissant dough filled w/ granny smith apples & walnuts, then dusted w/ powdered sugar…a wonderful balance of tart apple, flaky pastry & a hint of sweetness.
Swiss Twinkie
Puff pastry filled w/ a nut puree, shaped like a croissant & topped w/ cinnamon sugar. This pastry will grab you w/ its flaky texture & nutty filling.
Brioche
The classic french brioche, this rich pastry (flour, eggs, butter, sugar & salt) is perfect w/ jam & butter, but be warned: it’s the real deal.
Orange Currant Scone
Made w/ orange zest & currants, this classic scone is perfect w/ coffee in the morning. Made w/ pastry flour, buttermilk, sugar, butter, baking soda & a pinch of salt, this scone will recall the classic scones of europe.
Raspberry-Walnut Scone
Made w/ toasted walnuts & filled w/ imported raspberry marmelade, this scone has wonderful flavor & texture. Like the orange currant scone its perfect w/ that morning cup of coffee.
Cookies
La farine offers classic cookies–little morsels that perk up your day when the energy is flagging. Our oatmeal lemon cookie w/ lemon frosting is an everyday favorite w/ adults, while kids go nuts for our madeleines. We cover the gamut, from cookies filled w/ chunks of chocolate & pecans to biscotti that are crunchy & made w/ hazelnuts & sour cherries. So if you need that little pick-me-up (a personal recommendation would be the triple ginger cookie) or you’re after a late-night snack, give one of la farine’s cookies a try.
