Michael was outstanding! personable! Kind and willing to be patient on my coffee order. It’s stressful to remember exactly what you love to drink, they were so unbelievably wonderful. Also the barista whom made my coffee, **Chefs kiss**. Thank you both for wonderful service!
I enjoy visiting this location when I am in Fairfax. The staff is always smiling and very polite. I am always greeted immediately. Wait time is usually quick. I always leave a tip to show my appreciation! I definitely recommend this Starbucks!

Friendly, helpful staff. Gotten a bit quieter with the change in managers. Drinks just right. I suspect the hand dryers in the restroom are mounted too high to be ADAA compliant.

Stopped by way earlier than I usually do and witnessed what I guessed might be their usual morning mobile order rush. They probably had 30-50 mobile items awaiting pickup and the whole team was killin' it with badass skills keeping up with drop-by orders while having one person right by the mobile order pickup putting drinks and food in certain places so when people walked in he knew right where every drink and food item was with their name on it. Not just me, but multiple people verbally complimented their organization skills and ability to keep up with everything.
I'm sure this team was likely super stressed out, and they probably still need more help so they aren't so frantic in the future, but as a customer you blew me away today and I was amazed by your service.

Good food and drinks but great staff
Very pleased with my experience. My barista was named Hope and she was super friendly and accommodating. She made me a drink I was curious about so that I could taste it to see if I liked it enough to order it. I really appreciate people in the service industry who go above and beyond what is expected. The staff at this location are all stars. Not only are they friendly and cheerful seemingly no matter what, but they are great at handling the chaos that is mobile v. in-store orders. Twice in my groggy, morning state I accidentally ordered through the Starbucks app, only to realize I meant to order through Uber Eats. Assuming I’d just cut my losses on what I ordered through the Starbucks app, both times I then immediately placed the same exact order through Uber Eats. (Total first world problems and situation, I know.) In both instances the store staff suspected the mistake, and called me right away to clarify through which means I wanted my order. In one case they were out of oat milk and also asked what I’d like instead. Thank you to this team who is going above and beyond in a market of staff shortages, supply chain struggles, and mobile order overload. Ya’ll rock.
The outdoor chairs are hard to sit on when the weather is lower than 70 degrees. they were cold! A nice neighborhood coffee shop otherwise. I look forward to returning more morning meetings with friends.
