A young man named Jermont took my order and served my food for me right away. He was very customer friendly and brightened up my day with his kindness. I chose the salad, Jermont recommended the salad and said he eats Zaxby's salad regularly. I was happy with his recommendation. Thank you Zaxby's and Jermont for the great customer service experience.
Zaxby's food is pretty tasty. I don't eat fast food too often. When I do, they are one of my "go to's", It would be nice if they were a bit more accommodating. When I go to Culver's (another of my go-to's), I can substitute my fries for cheese curds. Options and variety always makes a meal better!
There tenders and Zaxby's sauce are great combo. A long with crinkle cut fries . Great comfort food . Wife had the Zaxby's salad. Some things just works.
Got there 10 mins before closing and the lady that took our order was so nice! You'd think they will give you the stinky eye cause you got there when the place is about to close so we were ready for it but no she was really nice and food was fresh! Good job guys! And Thank you!

Always swing through the drive-thru for my Large Lime Coke π Staff is always quick, polite and friendly. ..... Wish they'd bring the egg rolls back to the regular menu, without the salad, lol.. but Zaxby's is always a favorite ππ Keep up the good work!
Kiddie finger meal is just enough to satisfy a craving. And inexpensive too.
I placed my order using their app and after placing the order I clicked on the get directions and was sent to another location. After realizing that I was sent in the wrong direction I arrived to get my food. I brought the food home and was slightly disappointed with the size of the chicken that I got. 3 pieces that were a little bigger than a competitors fast food chicken nugget. If this is the actual size of the chicken fingers then I will go spend my hard earned money elsewhere as there is no shortage of chicken restaurants here in Ocala. I will give this place one more chance before I make my final decision on whether to continue to eat here.
Nice decor. Great salad with grilled chicken. Salad is served in ceramic bowl, not styrofoam plate. More than enough for a meal.
Clean restaurant. Courteous staff. Quick service. Nice decor.
