Location, Location, Location, right on the boardwalk at 4th. Inside and outside seating along the boards. The restaurant is clean especially the bathrooms. The menu is a standard breakfast-type restaurant with locally acclaimed homemade donuts. Most traffic is for coffee and donut pick up. There was no waiting at 730AM and was seated boardside immediately. But, as time moved on it was getting busy. My breakfast did not consist of any donuts because the waitress said that they are fried in lard, so I had three eggs, home fries (baked), and whole wheat toast with coffee. (Lard is a byproduct of pork and I am an eggetarian) The coffee was real good, and the eggs were OK, but the home fries were a lil dry, with no onions or peppers added and the portion, I would consider small. My waitress was accommodating and very friendly and helpful and checked on me a few times. Overall, the experience was good but should I go back, I will try something different like pancakes.

Atmosphere was as expected in a casual Oceanside seafood joint. You can’t beat the view. The place, however, was pretty cramped even for end of season. You’re sitting so close to the next table the wait staff can’t even get through. The staff were very attentive and kind. Food came out within a reasonable timeframe. My mother got shrimp scampi which she said was fine but lacked flavor and definitely could’ve used some garlic. Sister got a NY strip steak medium, but it didn’t come out pink at all. She said it was fine anyway, and ate the whole thing. Husband got Steak Sandwich which he said was great, and the Manhattan Clam Chowder was okay but not something he would order again. I got Chicken Rose, which I thought was fabulous and would definitely go back for. I’m a pasta girl and this definitely checked all my boxes. It was a hefty portion so I took half home. Brother got a salmon special, which was cooked perfectly and tasty. My MIL got the Stuffed Shrimp which she thought was absolutely fabulous. I would come back here.

Great breakfast place near the end of the boardwalk. Some tables have an ocean view. Service can be slow or items incorrect during super busy times, but the staff is always friendly.

First time at Ove’s this morning, we had a wonderful experience. It has a wonderful atmosphere and service is fantastic, we were served quickly and got our food without waiting a long time. I ordered a water and I really appreciated the size of the cup that I got for the water, it was enough to last throughout the whole meal. I had scrambled eggs and they were light and fluffy, and the home fries and toast was delicious. My mom had ordered over medium eggs, and the only compliant was that the eggs came out over easy, but she enjoyed her meal as well. The seating isn’t inside completely but it is nice and cool, they have shades and fans overhead to keep you cool on a hot summer day. Overall, great service and breakfast. I will be returning here again!

We go here every year on vacation. I recommend the blueberry pancakes with a side of sausage. I believe they are known for their cider donuts though. I've never had them but everyone seems to get them as a breakfast appetizer or to go. You can't get a bad seat either. You can see the ocean and enjoy the view no matter where you sit!

Oves is a great restaurant. We went there for dinner for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. We got the stuffed shrimp, salmon special, and chicken rose. All of which were delicious. We come to Ocean City every year and haven’t tried Oves until this year. We will definitely be going back and we highly recommend!

Overall 5 stars. Great atmosphere, view of the ocean. Service was awesome! Cinnamon sugar donut was to die for! Everything else was great too except breakfast potatoes were dry and all salt shakers must have been left out and salt wouldn't come out! But scrapple was crisp and delicious and my daughter raved about the pancakes! I'm going back tomorrow! Photo is a view from the restaurant

Always a stop when we’re visiting. The donuts here are the best on the island (that I’ve found to date) always come out warm and delicious. Basic breakfast options and food is pretty good. Would definitely recommend as a breakfast stop.

had an egg sandwich, delicious without being too big. also the best warm chocolate donut I've ever had, far better than Krispy Kreme and even better than duck donuts. great location on the boardwalk at 4th. 06.27.22 update:. Still awesome!

The best seafood on the boardwalk or even the island. Specials every night, great service, and atmosphere. Must try the donuts in the morning. Get the stuffed shrimp if it's available. No regrets.

Great donut place on the north side of the boardwalk where the prices are reasonable and the food is pretty good. It's a nice bike ride for some donuts if you're staying in ocean city that we do every year when we stay there.

Only went here for the donuts because I heard they were good. I got the cinnamon flavor and it was very delicious, I have not sat down at this place so I don’t know the experience of actually being inside. However the donuts were very good so I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good snack.
