☕️ When you see a line out the door, that always means it's a good place. The decor here is funky and eclectic, lots of tile and mosaic all over. 🎨 I got a sweet potato quesadilla with little criss-cross grills marks on it (always a sign it will be good) which was quite delicious and cranberry and chocolate chunk with sea-salt cookie - which was goldeny, chewy perfection. Lot of healthy options here (which in this case does not mean deprived) like salads, panninis. So glad I found this little neighborhood gem! 💎
I went today for lunch with my friends / colleagues. The food is always delicious and tastes freshly made. I got the chicken apple panini and an iced tea. The iced tea took a little because they had to make it fresh, which is amazing. It also took some time for the food to come out and that’s been a usual thing on my visits here in the winter. They don’t have a ton of staff so it does make sense. But the food is worth the wait!
I love positively fourth street with all my heart! Best cafe in ocean city by far. I grew up in the area but moved away as an adult, and it’s always the first place I eat at when I’m home. I dream about the positively bagel (everything bagel with cream cheese, cherry tomatoes, red onions, capers). The baked goods are delicious, the coffees great, and the inside is so peaceful. I also appreciate how affordable it is.
The best place in Ocean City! I have been in OC for years and was the first time I had a well made food ! You must try this place! The banana chocolate chip muffins are delicious, the quesadilla was amazing…

Positively 4th Street is one of my favorite places on the north end. It is within walking distance of our house and has cool coffee shop vibes that blend the beach and the city. I wanted to add my review before the summer ends!
We showed up for a late breakfast and the line was out the door - as it often is by this time. Their food is not cheap but I am always happy to pay extra to support this local small business that gives my part of town a little character.
I got a cappuccino (peep photos for presentation!) and a B+E+C breakfast sandwich. My girlfriend got Apple Positively Toast (C) on Multigrain toast with cream cheese, fig jam, apples and chia seeds. The have a huge toast menu but none of them have any protein so I went with the sandwich.
I'm not sure what kind of cheese was on my sandwich but it was VERY good and melty. The bacon was chopped and their bread is awesome on everything. The eggs were cut into a square shape, which I actually really enjoyed. The sandwich also came with a chipotle mayo that complimented the flavors well.
The apple toast that my girlfriend got was pretty good. Definitely too much cream cheese for my liking but they use this really good fig jam that I love. There are a few lunch sandwiches that have it as well.
If you are in the area, give this place a try. DON'T be turned off by the fact that the sandwich come in aluminum foil - they are good, I promise. For me this adds to the charm of Positively 4th Street.
My one complaint is that this stupid song gets stuck in my head every time I go...
Love this little cafe on 4th and Atlantic. Positively delicious. Love the vibe from the baristas and decor inside. Great place to start your morning before heading to the beach.
Awesome place. Cant wait to come back. We were sad to leave after just one day. John was so gracious and accommodating. Really cool rooms, great cafe, and beautiful garden.
ABSOLUTELY DEEEEEEE-LICIOUS breakfast options from egg, cheese and bacon to the bagel w/ cream cheese, capers, red onion and juicy ripe tomatoes. Service is fast and friendly!
Super cute little spot right off the boards. The barista was very nice and the food was great! Oat milk iced latte 🤌🏻 will definitely be going back!
Very busy shop and I can see why. I had the gardners bagel and it was so so so yummy. For the amount of people coming in and ordering service was pretty reasonable and quick.
Really good breakfast here as well as coffee. Very friendly as well. THICK sandwiches. Highly recommend.
Stopped in this morning for a coffee and muffin( awesome corn muffin). Had the chance to meet the owner, really nice guy. He picks staff well because I had the chance to talk to all 3 employees behind the counter and they were all super nice
All around 5 stars!!!! Great selections quality is AMAZING.. definitely in a league of their own with prices that are lower then the chain places.
I am staying at an air bnb above this cafe, and I had breakfast here today. I had a breakfast panini with eggs and bacon and potatoes and to be honest this is the best and probably most wholesome meal I’ve had in a while. These eggs? The best tasting eggs I’ve ever had.
The panini was a very generous serving that came with a chipotle mayo.... I couldn’t even finish it. I want to bring this coffee with me back to NYC. I had an iced latte that was called a “Milky Way”.... delicious. I am a little sad that I have to leave before I get to experience their dinner service.
Super cute cafe!! Great coffee! Excellent food with Gluten Free and Vegetarian options!! The customer service was fantastic!! The line moves quick and is definitely worth the wait!! If it was closer, I would be a regular!!

Been coming here for many years. Pretty solid experience. Staff is typically good. Espresso is great. And the baked good...holy cow. Never had scones that are this good. Muffins are amazing.
