Love the pizza! $2.50 for a slice is not bad at all. White is my favorite with fresh garlic. The buffalo chicken is awesome as well. Their hoagies are always a hit. They are always welcoming and they remember me. I feel like family. When I'm on the boardwalk I eat a slice every time I pass it even when I'm not hungry.
I highly recommend Angelo’s Pizza for a good, homestyle Italian meal. I first went there for a slice of pizza for lunch, where the friendly waitress persuaded me to come back for their expansive dinner menu. I’m glad I came back, as I had a delicious chicken parm dinner, which also included a salad. The owner, Angelo, came out and engaged in great conversation. He was so nice that he even gave our table a salami and cheese platter on the house. All the food tasted great, the staff was very homely, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The only issue is that you have to pay a lot extra for all this. As much as I loved the food and ambiance, $30 for that chicken parm is ridiculous. Other than the high prices, I had a very good experience at Angelo’s and I give it my recommendation.
First time visiting and happy with our slices. The extra $1 for toppings is well worth it. The mushrooms on my husband's slice was more than generous. The pepperoni on the kids slices were plentiful and I loved the spinach pizza. Delicious! Prices were more expensive than expected, especially $6 for a small lemonade. Staff was friendly but slow to give menus.
The waitress was so kind and has a great personality! Angelo (the owner? He was cooking...) is a sweet older gentleman. He knows his Italian food! I told him I would give him 5 stars. Thanks Angelo's in Ocean City, NJ!
Love it here and have been going here with my fam for several years. It's an OCNJ tradition at this point. Good boardwalk pizza!
First off, what an absolute time I had here at Angelo’s. Not only was my bacon cheeseburger (with onions) absolutely expemplary, but my small caesar salad was nothing short of superb. The waitress was very nice and service was exceptionally quick! I am eager to come back and try more menu items. It was such a hard choice to decide what to get! My dining acquaintance at the time spoke in similar terms: “Yeah! It was swell although a tad expensive. I legally said that if anyone asks.”
Over the past 5 nights, we've eaten at Angelo's 3 times. The food has been great, my picky eater loved it, and the staff is friendly and funny. We have 3 more nights here and I expect we'll be back at least one more time.
We have eaten in and take out. Overall the food we order while dining was good, over priced but was very good. In inside can be very loud. We have sat in and outside. When we were outside, they waitress forgot about us but it was fine, we didn’t have that rushed feeling. The downside to their take out is you can’t order online, you have to call, wait on hold and when you do place your order you can barely hear the person on the line. The take out was ok, we ordered pizza, we wouldn’t order it again. But we would dine in.
Huge slices, decent kids menu, tasty food. We always go here when we visit!
Hands down the BEST linguine and clams anywhere. We always go multiple times each year for the past 20 years!
The salad was HUGE. Definitely a come back and visit hopefully next year! Staff was amazing.
Beth and I enjoyed the food and the courtesy to us. One if the hostesses wore red white and blue earrings. I thanked her. She also thanked me, as did several other employees, for my service. Discount with military ID. Atmosphere was great as well. I've been here before, same great service. We will always come back to Angelo's!

This is my favorite pizza place on the Ocean City boardwalk. Been going here about 30 years and I can honestly say I never had a bad slice of pizza. They have a lot of places to sit down if your group is 4 or larger. The cheese steaks, fries, and other items are really good to. And the owner loves to interact with my younger son. The waitresses have all been friendly and the service has been excellent.
Wonderful food! Staff was welcoming and observant. Food was authentic and the pizza was supper fresh! My friend got the pasta and the sauce was homemade and so good! Will definitely be coming back on our next trip to oc!
