Very good food and definitely affordable! The staff was friendly and helpful. This place is definitely a hidden gem for local seafood
I am so happy to have a place like Martin Fish Company to go to for fresh seafood. I have had clams, lobster, tuna, shrimp, oysters, rockfish, etc. My goodness, I hadn't had Rockfish for decades and it was amazing and making blackened tuna with fresh tuna, what a concept. Until we retire, I'll eat all the seafood that I can while in MD and pack to go for the trip back to PA. Thanks.

Martin's Fish Company is great.
A classical style waterfront seafood joint, which are hard to find these days.
The recipes speak for themselves because Martin's allows the seafood to speak for itself. This is not your she-she Bahn Mi, Pork Belly Kim Chee fusion joint (note: they do do taco's). Martin's is old fashioned seafood served quickly and correctly, The fresh Clam strips are delicious, the JO spicy steamed shrimp might be done best here, more so than anywhere in town, and that's saying something -- The seared Tuna sandwich is a bargain, Martin's should maybe charge a bit more, it would still be worth it. Martin's awning covered harbor front deck provides a respite from the hustle and bustle of the busy resort area, enjoy watching the historical commercial fishing harbor in action while you dine.
note: Martin's hushpuppy is top notch & I state this as a lifelong hushpuppy connoisseur -- make sure you try the hushpuppy at Martin's !

Love this place. Never was big on fried clams, until I had them here & now my mouth waters when I think of getting more here. Had a Scallops Basket yesterday and finished leftovers for lunch today...great!
Our favorite place. The best fish market in the area. Freshest fish. Great staff. Delicious meals served on their deck as well.
I had 1/2 lb pan seared scallops that were amazing! The french fries were very tasty as well. Can't wait to come back again.
We go to Martins every year to get a bushel of crabs. Love the crabs love the place. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, would recommend to anyone

So glad we stopped here! We got our meals to go: crab cakes, fish tacos and steamed shrimp and were not disappointed. Order at the window, wait on the deck overlooking the harbor and 10 minutes later 3 hot meals. We will definitely be returning!
Oh my gosh! We just ate here and we definitely will return! The fried flounder sandwich is huge and thec excellent. My dad got th fried clams and they were the BEST I've ever had. Nothing is from a box! The flounder and the clams were breaded here and you could tell. My only wish was that there would be small tables to sit at outback. However that's not a deal breaker!

My absolute go-to fish market when I am in the Assateague region of the Delmarva. Their fresh fish is literally right off the boats that come into this South Ocean City Harbor. Their staff is knowledgeable and expert in the art of fishmonger or fishwifery and are trained at selecting and handling, gutting, boning, filleting, displaying, merchandising a fresh and delicious product.
In addition, their new small restaurant has a super location overlooking the canal with boat slips harboring the fishing boats that ply the Atlantic and bring Martin's their wares.
The portions here are ample, the seafood fresh, the style of cuisine that of the Delmarva.
What's not to like?
Best seafood at the shore. Buy and cook yourself or have them steam for you. Fries are the best. Outdoor deck is great. Hope everything is open next year.
