As an event planner and coordinator, it can be tough at times to put together an event when you don't really know the staff at the venue. But the staff at the English Manor were amazing!!! Kristie, one of the maître d' was a delight to work with. She made sure that my staff was comfortable and helped in every way she could. Everyone there was so professional. Aside from the incredible staff, the venue is absolutely gorgeous. If you are looking for a venue with a homey feel yet so enchanted then this is the place for you! The couple had their ceremony in the garden and we set up the gazebo with drapes and flowers and it all went together so beautifully. We can't wait to work here again!

Absolutely perfect! Beautiful location and grounds. the food was out of this world. guests have not stopped complimenting how good the food was on the the cocktail hour. For the main meal My wife decided the vegetarian dish I decided the braised short ribs very tender and rich flavorful my complements to the chef………

The English Manor is the definition of a "hidden gem"! My wife and I could not have possibly wanted anything more. The garden is absolutely beautiful along with the cocktail hour patio and the newly refinished ball room. The staff was proven to go above and beyond to make sure every guest was taken care of. Our maitre d' Marlyn was fantastic! The food is incredibly delicious. The cocktail hour choices, the main meal and the cake (which is made by Tinton Falls Pastry Chef) were A+++. Every single one of our guests was raving about the venue. Thank you for being such a beautiful and awesome place!

I dont even know where to start with how amazing our wedding was! We got married on May 22nd and it was the most memorable day of our lives! Marlyn was our matri'd & she was incredible! She was extremely communicative the months/days leading up to our wedding and handled all of our requests with such care! My vision was truly brought to life! & I owe it all to her! I also dealt with Maddy on the phone several times & she was wonderful. & Troy who was so lovely the day of our rehearsal! And then the day of our wedding Jen was absolutely amazing as well. She was pleasant & kind hearted & she made sure my girls and I were hydrated and comfortable through out the day. She even gave me one of the best compliments of the night. The Enlish Manors entire staff is top notch! Every one of them greeted me with pleasant smiles & compliments & were so attentive making sure my groom & I were happy. Not to mention, the food was out of this world! My guests raved about it! Said it was the best cocktail hour they've ever been to & the dinners were large portioned plates with seconds! The owner Bob even made one of our special requests a reality & let us have Sea Bass as one of our main dishes since it wad my favorite. It was so delicious! They did an incredible job decorating for our entry & exit tables! & our cake came out exactly the way we asked for it! There was not one thing I could say they missed! They are a well oiled machine! I've never seen a matri'd hustle so hard! You can tell Marlyn is a true professional & she loves what she does. She makes it a point to make sure your wedding is exactly what you want & dreamed of! If you are looking for a wedding venue ...look no further! The grounds are well maintained every season & beautiful, the food is the best quality around & the staff is amazing! My husband Eric and I are still on cloud 9!
