This was our first time here and a last minute find. It was a 45 minute wait but so worth the wait! From great customer service, to fast service, to qualify food, this is must go to visit breakfast place at reasonable prices. Will definitely be going again when in town.

I met friends here as it is kinda the halfway point between Huntington Beach and San Diego. I had the Eggs Bene, very good and they had omeletes, waffles, and just eggs. Everyone thought the food was delish! Coffee was good and always full. A little bit of a wait to be seated but it was a Saturday (about 20minutes). Service was good.
Best breakfast joint on the PCH...dog friendly! Chicken fried steak and hash browns were some of the best I've had, good sized portions and I will be back everytime I visit!

Went there for breakfast. An omlet half the size of my plate. The home potatoes took up the other half. I was starved and walked away stuffed and I'm a big eater. The food was second to none. Great service. Great food. Couldn't ask for better.

Best breakfast of all time. Word to the wise, one meal is enough for two people. Prices are very reasonable for amount you get. Employees wee so nice. Wish we would have gone earlier in our visit.

Definitely on my top ten favorite diners � i had the scramblatta,verde style, and coffee cake... oh my goodness... don't know how i ate it all! It was just that good� can't wait to visit again
My husband and I were driving home from Camp Pendleton and stumbled across this jem in Oceanside. Great food and fantastic service. Prices are excellent and you get lots of food. Go check this place out you will not regret it!

Beach Break Cafe
We ordered the omelette and chili-size burger. Even though we have been in the U.S. for several years, we are shocked at the size of the meal. That plate of potatoes is just a side came with the omelette. Also that big bowl of soup was supposed to be a cup of soup came with my burger!!!
I like the chili-size burger a lot. It looked weird （to me 😆) but tasted really good. Omelette was kind of so so. Next time we will try something different!
Fantastic Cafe! I come here regularly for breakfast and good food. I brought my wife with me today, and the service has never been better! Brooke, our waitress today, was so kind and friendly. She made the atmosphere perfect today. She was always refilling our coffee, clearing our plates, and the food came very prompt. This restaurant is cozy with great food, and the service today has made it top notch!

The food is delicious!! We had corned beef hash with a poached egg, great flavor, crispy ends, just delicious. Also, we had pancakes that were huge and fluffy...YUM. Then there is their coffee cake, so Amazing! Great service, you will not be disappointed!! 12/12 Went again today and it was delicious!! Added more pictures.
What a great place for breakfast. Like the other reviews say, literally, everything is good. The chicken fried steak is awesome, with just the right amount of delicious gravy. And also, like the other reviews say, the coffee cake is outstanding! Service is A1. Definitely something you should check out.
What a gem of a local restaurant. If you're ever visiting Oceanside, this is a must go! Great food and service by a local family-owned restaurant. Zelle has kept the place going for 35 years and now her son, Harrison, is keeping it going. Fantastic for breakfast and lunch. The corned beef hash is their own and so good. The Chile Verde omelets are fantastic (get it with the loaded potato pancake and coffee cake). Finally, the Awesome omelet is self explanatory. Good prices ($10-15/person) and portions. Walk in and waddle out!
I really liked this restaurant, the staff is very happy to be there and over all very friendly. The food is just amazing. No complains on the food.
Parking can be a little inconvenient but a nice walk is good

Can coffee cake count as an entree? Asking for a friend! So as you can guess, this restaurant has the most amazing coffee cake ever on the menu. Worth driving here for, waiting in line for, etc. The rest of the menu is just as yummy with lots of breakfast and lunch favorites. I decided to up the sugar content with some French toast. The decor is all surfing and fun to look at. Downside was the wait - it’s a bit much during peak times and it seemed a bit chaotic to someone who wasn’t a regular. But all of that is worth it for the awesome food!!
Loved this place. Great portions for price, good service and overall enjoyable atmosphere. Definitely would come again.
