I had dinner here last night with my friend. The service was incredible. The restaurant was very busy but the wait staff was friendly and efficient. We had several servers attend to our table and everyone was outstanding. It was refreshing to see people enjoy their jobs. We definitely will return based on this experience!
First time here, really good. Really REALLY good service from the man at the bar, and fast. Appropriate wait time for food.
We ordered the thin crust pizza. My boyfriend really liked the pepperoni.
The cheese is definitely quality and the sauce is really good.
Excellent pizza! New to the area, and have driven over from Watertown twice to pickup, since it seems the Watertown location is no longer in business. I just put the pie on the passenger floor with the floor heat blasting and it stays warm for the drive home.
Pizza is always hot and fresh. It's clean and everyone is friendly working there. Only ding was last time my pizza was ready 10 minutes before the garlic bread so I had to wait around. I was probably the last order of the night and it wasn't a huge deal.
All in all good Chicago style pizza at good prices!
We had a booth right in front of the door way which was kind of cold sometimes. It was a Wednesday night so it wasn't very busy but there was adequate staff for the night. We had a good time nice atmosphere. The pasta we had was pretty tasty. The salad was good. The artichoke dip was a little too salty. Our service was a little not so great. We did yet served very quickly but I had to remind our server about the soup and salad we order to be brought out before the entrees. Also I had to ask to have my water a refilled. We did enjoy the quietness of the place.
The hosts and servers were very pleasant and good to deal with. The food is as good as any other Rosati’s location. A good place for families, date night, and just a regular old dinner out. There’s not a very long wait for service or food. The restroom for men could be a little more well-kept. Dining options as well as carry out are all quality.
