No sure why there are so many bad ratings.. This is the only Chick-fil-A in Odessa & people expect their food to be handed to them in a blink of an eye? Despite how ridiculously busy they are, I've never had to wait an unbearable amount of time for my food. I come at least once a day (seriously) & the employees are always so respectful & accommodating even during a rush. This Chick-fil-A needs more credit than it gets.. a couple days ago when it was around 110 degrees outside there were multiple employees outside running around taking orders for the drive thru during lunch when there is like 15 cars in line. These are some of the most hard working people I've ever seen at any Chick-fil-A or food place in general honestly.
My family and I love going to eat there. It's a very great place to go especially the staff are well mannered and they take care of you or your family. My favorite sauce is buffalo. But yes, I do recommend people to try or go eat there when they get a chance. It's awesome!
GREAT staff & very friendly. Awesome food too! They definitely ALWAYS go above and beyond for their customers!! The drive thru may be a mile long every time you go BUT they have QUICK service and hand your food to you before you even get to the window!! We go 3 times a week, if not more! �Paula and Rusty are great!! �

Chicken Sandwich or Chicken Nuggets? Both are pleasant to the taste buds and belly! Add fries? Absolutely! Large please!!! Don't forget to look in your sack before you leave without the sauces you need! Usually happens often at this location. Sauces are very often not given in correct number requested, sometimes none at all. 😵💫

Always great food. But, whoever working outside the window that hands the food over, he did not have to walk to the end of the building to hand me my food when I'm already at the window? Poor kid. But other than that great service!
I mean yea it's good but honestly their food doesn't hit the same no more it could be that I've been there a lot but the taste of the sandwiches is that delicious anymore the sauce is what makes it good tbh and the fries are full of salt
