I found this place while I was in a hotel down the road. Some of the best tacos and quesadillas I've ever had. You can smell the smoke from them smoking and grilling their food daily. I visit almost every Tuesday.
3/1/2022: I ordered the number 14 chicken quesadilla through the drive though. The chicken quesadilla had good flavor and was hot and fresh. The only thing is that it was a little greasy but other than that it was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The food was packaged excellent and was still hot when I opened it.

Everyone says that this place has the best pollos asados, so I had to try it. It was amazing and very well priced. They even have tacos and other things on the menu. Service is fast and always fresh, even at 3pm.
Best chicken spot in Odessa for sure chicken is cooked and seasoned perfectly every time there was usually a line whenever we would go but definitely worth the wait!
I am from San Clemente, CA and a culinary graduate. Their chicken quesadillas are so good, I think about them often. I live a couple hours away from this place and have been craving their chicken quesadillas for weeks now. Maybe five times now, we have made a 4 hour trip just for their food. This place is truly one of a kind. I love you guys!!!
