When this location opened years ago, we tried it but didn't care for it. The food was very mediocre and the way the place was set up made it feel like it was always crowded.
A few years ago we gave it another shot and were very impressed. The place had a complete makeover and looks modern and amazing. The food has also improved dramatically. Everything we have tried on the menu has been excellent and fresh. This has been our go-to place for dinner out. The beer is always fresh and cold, too. We usually have Desiree as our server and she takes great care of us.
A friend and I had lunch at this location ( citrus Park) on Saturday. The staff was extremely busy with large parties etc. Our server was Kimberly. She is such a sweetheart. As busy as she was she made sure our drinks were filled and that we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Thank you Kimberly for going above and beyond for not only us but everyone that you came in contact with. Awesome job! See you soon. Thank you
Went to lunch here today. We had a party of ten. Everyone enjoyed their meal! KIMBERLY was our waitress. She waited on the 10 of us with NO HELP and did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! Never had to ask for a refill or anything for that matter!! I rarely give a 50% tip, but I did today. I highly recommend you ask for Kimberly to be your server!
On 02/05/2022, my wife and I ate at your location for the first time several years after a dismal experience from years past. We happened to be in the area after shopping at ACE Hardware and reluctantly thought we would give it a try after seeing so many patrons inside. Austin greeted us promptly and sat us at a table before immediately taking our drink order. We decided on the Philly steak and cheese and the buffalo chicken sandwich after a suggestion from Austin. Our food was served quickly and plated nicely. I observed that both sandwiches were thoughtfully put together and vastly improved over the greasy mess we experienced many years ago. Austin made sure our drinks never ran dry while providing the same level of attention to other patrons. Overall, it was a great experience and much better than expected; we will be back again.
We were there at noon on Thursday and there were at least ten other tables occupied. When we arrived we were told we could sit anywhere and after a few minutes were told by Kim, the server, she would be right with us. We quickly discovered she was the only server working the dining room and outdoor tables as well. She was doing everything in her power to take care of at least 40 people and everyone was patient and sympathetic for her. After 30-40 minutes someone showed up to help her. She thought we may have been upset but on the contrary we were utmost appreciative for her hard work and attention she was giving each table. Kim was so concerned about each patron and should be recongized by management for her dedication to your establishment. In today's environment you should be thanking God for such an amazing employee, I know we are thankful she was our server.
I love this Beef o Brady's I'm here about 4 times a week . I try to come on days Kimberly works due to her seeing me come in and delivers my drink within a minute of me sitting down. She also remembers my order that I always get. No matter who I bring with me she remembers there drink orders and stuff also. She is awesome. I'm here today and she is the only waitress and she is doing it. You go girl ! you are Awesome!
My husband and I eat there at least 3 times a month. Our server is Kim and she is absolutely wonderful, especially since she usually is working all alone with the place full of people. I don't know how she does it. If she ever leaves, so do we. Thank you Kim for all you do. You are a wonder woman
