Polite employees. They do their best to be quick. Food , I feel uas been going downhill the last few times I've been to DelTaco. It just felt gloomy inside to me.
Great food. Quality food. Mostly friendly service. Prices could be cheaper. All in all, and after all I would recommend this place.
For the type of business that Del Taco is, it has good fast food in a clean and pleasant atmosphere. Service has always been prompt with orders filled accurately.
As for any fast food it depends on who's back there cooking and taking the order. I find this location of Del Taco is on the better end of that spectrum. Chicken soft tacos are a staple along with the Chili Cheese fries (delux if you want that extra good good). Stopped by to check out the new Birria options and would rate the quesadilla #1, the Ramen, and then the taco.

I had an extremely horrible experience ordering and trying to use the coupon and then she just said I couldn't then my order was supposed to have extra cheese and sauce on my burritos and when I went to eat them they had no cheese nor sauce so I tried calling but it wouldn't ring through so I just drove down and the lady at that time said they couldn't do anything to fix it because the lady earlier didn't give me a receipt but I showed her my cash app receipt to confirm and she said no they couldn't help me I'm I'd need to order and pay for new ones so I ordered when I finally got to the window it took her 10 minutes before coming to the window as she was talking to someone at the front (not taking an order nor handing it out) then she went out into the lobby then to the back and finally came to the window I was so upset so I had asked for a manager she said she was the one for that shift and I asked if I may have her name as she was not wearing a name tag and she said they are not allowed to give their name out so I said OK thank you and never mind on my order and left. I go there all the time as I have stomach issues andthese burritos are almost the only food I don't vomit back up so I was really upset. The store manager spoke with me today, the whole staff was amazing, polite, FANTASTIC customer service. They remade my burritos, took accountability genuinely apologized and made me feel welcome and appreciated. They know me as I used to go almost every morning/noonish time but due to scheduling conflicts I've had to come in the evening so they're still getting to know me and the entire staff is truly amazing, hard working with fantastic customer service and I've chopped it up to the 2 ladies must have just had a bad day which we have all been there. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants really hot, fresh food, amazing customer service and a wonderful atmosphere ❤️
Donut bites were hard. Really hard. We go here a lot . This is the first time they haven't been delicious.

To start, I get a 30 min lunch so I can't go far. I've been a taco bell fan until a few days ago. I always get attitude when they screw up and I ask it to be fixed. I decided to try Del Taco for the first time in over 14 years! The crew here has treated me so much better! I'm stoked at how much better I get treated here! The food is the same price as the other but I've noticed the portions seem a larger. So I'm getting more food, treated better, an app that actually gives me decent deals, and a fully enclosed drive up window for those rainy and snowy days. I'll definitely be back and will likely do so often, for years to come.

Del taco has been my go to late night fast food joint since I was 16 years old. I am now 41 years old and never get sick of their food. Unfortunately things have changed since I was 16 years old. Where are you used to be able to get $.49 tacos Every day. And now things are a little bit more expensive, but still cheaper than most other burrito joints. I can feed my family for under 20 bucks and that’s almost unheard of anymore. Thanks Del taco!

So there's this really cute girl that works here at night. She always has a smile and makes my night better. This Del taco is by far the best one I've been to. They make their tacos so fat and yummy! I wish I knew her name so I could throw it out there! She runs this place like a boss! I come her after work and she's very sweet and always gets my order right. These guys don't skimp on the food either! I hate when I go to McDonald's or somewhere and there's a bunch of teenagers who don't care and mess up my food order. Del taco always gets it right at this place! Especially at night!
We love to get the vegan Beyond Guacamole Tacos and fries here. This time when we went they didn't have enough of the Beyond meat for all the tacos we ordered, and then we ended up with cheese on our tacos even though we had asked to double check that the tacos DON'T come with cheese (they just misheard us through the drive-through system and thought we were asking FOR cheese). Overall, great food (just not as much as we had wanted this time) and pretty good service whenever we go here.
What can you say about a drive-thru? The food is good and reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly and curtious.

Went back to try again because I wanted to try the Birria tacos 🌮 and maybe management is new? But they got my orders correct the last 4 times and seem to also have fixed the drive-through problems. Will get 5 out of five o e I go another 3 or 4 times. Thank you, and the tacos were delicious.
