Always use the app for ordering and opted for the in store pickup, this time. Everything was ready when predicted and appropriately at my various items proper serving temperature. A very nice and happy employee greeted me and wished me well.

I feel lucky to have this Starbucks in our local community for the great friendly service, dedication to quality, and consistently delicious menu items.
It offers a nice new inside café and sitting area, with a lovely tree-lined patio in the back - and a drive-thru option.
I also greatly appreciate their continued support of the local community by providing stable employment opportunities which have enhanced many people's lives.

Conviniently located, fast service and awesome barristers. It is fall, try that new pumpkin cold brew coffee.
Update - the old location is closed and they relocated a few blocks in much much more bigger building with a drive through and plenty of sitting space inside and outside. Go check it out and you will love the new location
One of the most unique Starbucks I’ve been to that really reflects the vibe of Ojai well with the art and energy. Great to work outside on the patio.
Ojai starbucks is just absolutely my favorite Starbucks location. They are always so friendly no matter how busy they are and my drink is always perfect 👌

Quick and friendly service and good outside seating area. Good hot coffee as usual. Minor improvement would be to set the aircon inside slightly less cold as it felt like freezing.
