I really like Republic! I’ve been to both locations but this one is closer to home. The beer selection is phenomenal, their cocktails are great, and I enjoy their food a lot! I usually go with a couple people and we just order a bunch of starters and easy to share entrees and everything’s always been excellent. Their donuts are soooo good too. I’ve always had great service, as well. Plenty of tvs to watch sports! Good atmosphere to kick back and chill out. My only disappoint is that they took the pork belly sliders off the menu. Those were the best! We were told too many people complained that they were “too fatty.” Have y’all even had pork belly before?! Heh. Bring those back and I’ll be a happy camper!

Beautiful and fun spot. Good service and knowledgeable bar staff. Great selection of beer. Best ruben sandwich I've ever had. 4 star only because food service was slow and food was not hot for a slower customer night. Highly recommend.

This place is really nice! First time here but will not be my last. Found it through Yelp and it totally deserves 5 stars. The atmosphere is "modern meets sports bar" and probably the nicest sports bar I have ever been in. The three food items we tried were over the top delicious. The Jalepeno Glazed Salmon, Fish and Chips and Tuna Tar Tar appetizer. Every one lip smacking good. Also had cider beer called the Grass Hopah... Not too sweet and very good. The wait staff was equally as attentive and helpful as the food was delicious. Props out to Zach! The waiter brought the chef or to our table and I told him " You guys are culinary crack artists!" Oh yeah, we will be back soon.

Very good food. A bit trendy but I liked the industrial look. Feeling like we are in a European gasthaus. I had an excellent burger and the fries were outstanding. Everyone loved their meal. The fish and chips are excellent light batter perfect crunch with huge flakey filets. I enjoyed it. A bit pricey and the sides are Ala carte but a good experience.

I love this place. The atmosphere is wonderful. It is laidback and a fun place to hang out. It is a great place for a date night. Wonderful selection of drinks. The food is fantastic. The pretzel is a wonderful appetizer and I love its presentation. The meat loaf is amazing. The ribeye sandwich is great. I also love their salads.

Wonderful place for a date We thoroughly enjoyed the Ali Tuna Tartar. The tuna, avocado and jalapenos dipping sauce is unique, one of a kind. I highly recommend it. So we went back in two days. The experience with Thai Beef Salad and some kind of sandwiches brought down our high expectation. The vegetable was not as fresh.

Always enjoy this place. Love their tuna tar tar to start. Their meatloaf and open-face BLT is delicious. Get the Mac n Cheese with andoule sausage as your side.

The cocktails were delicious, we booked our company Christmas party there and the staff was friendly. Steak, mashed cauliflower, and the best mac n cheese you will ever eat. We got stuffed!!!!

Lunch on 2/13/19. Service was prompt, although we were there very close to opening so it was not busy yet. Received a free appetizer pretzel since it was our first visit - I always appreciate restaurants that do those first visit "surprise and delight" gifts. Pretzel was good - the mustard tasted intensely of horseradish - I prefer a milder mustard with my pretzel but that's personal preference right? I got the rueben sandwich. Not the best, not the worst either. Bottom bread was soggy by the time it got to our table. The corned beef is sliced instead of shaved. And I prefer a more aggressive sauerkraut - they used red cabbage and it was very lightly pickled. But overall, not a bad sandwich. Ordered with the fries, which are a la carte, which brought the entire order up to $15 - a little pricey for a sandwich and chips but I was expecting that already. I bet the vibe is a lot different when games are playing and booze is flowing. Overall not bad!

Our marketing group met for lunch today. Our server was friendly and efficient. I had the lunch special which was a rib meat sandwich with cheese, jalapenos, and a delicious sauce. It also included a cup of tomato soup. It was a great lunch.

I have been here a few times now, each time with my girlfriend. We have loved it on each occasion. I personally recommend the turkey burger or the steak. Interior is beautiful. Simple, elegant, yet still creates a casual and entertaining atmosphere. Service has been fast and efficient each time, and every server has earned their tip, not just expected it. Prices are a little on the higher end for this type of food. Expect to pay around $15-$25 per meal. However, the quality is easily justified by the quality. The beer and drinks menu is absolutely crazy - you will be spoiled for choice, trust me. This is also the first place I have come across so far in Oklahoma that has beer from my native Scotland, so that was lovely to see. Hopefully my experiences and information can help anyone who is considering giving Republic a try. I definitely recommend it.

I was really excited to come here after I saw a picture of the wall of taps. I was not disappointed! For as many taps as they have on the wall, there are about 3x as many bottled beers on the menu, and everything was reasonably priced too. We never looked at the food menu, but several people around us were ordering food and just about everything looked and smelled incredible. The service while sitting at the bar was top-notch. I was very happy with my experience from the attentiveness of the staff despite being busy to the great beer recommendations. I'll definitely be trying the food next time I'm around the area, and I can't wait to get another beer...hopefully while sitting upstairs and outside when it's not too hot out.
