Nice Hamburger chain restaurant. Wide selection on the menu. Onion Rings are outstanding. I had the Smoke & Pepper Burger.
We love a visit to Red Robin! We spaced our visits out so it never gets old and we have it a routine. The burgers are always good. This time I tried the Smoke & Pepper Burger. Very tasty!
We did get the steak fries but they were awful - over seasoned and very salty. I immediately asked for a new basket no salt! Just a tip always order the fries with no salt/seasoning.
My wife got the Whiskey River BBQ burger! Another great burger! I realize this is a chain but go early avoid the line. In this case I was traveling so on my return trip I met my wife after the lunch rush. Great idea!
We went there for my birthday burger. It was not showing up on my profile, but my birthday was, so our waItress took off the price of my meal 😊 I ordered the broccoli (mostly because I always eat far too many fries). The broccoli was wonderful! Not mushy or dry like I have had at some restaurants. My grand baby had the mac & cheese, which was very good and they gave her free refills. A very nice experience!
I had a great experience. We stopped in 10/29-last night. The waitress was very attentive checked in on us if we needed anything. I love that and don't see that a whole lot. Which is why I gave her a 15.00 Tip as it was well deserved despite it being slower.
I usually base my tipping on a "TIPS" (To Ensure Proper Service) standard Which she did very well and was very pleasant when doing so as well. Sometimes little things go unnoticed and i tend to pick up on them because it doesn't take much to meet the standards of Customer Service. I know at times some people can just be unpleasant to deal with in the customer service industry.

It has been years since I've had red robin and I honestly thought they closed down. I'm glad to see that isn't true! It's still great as I remember. The place is clean and inviting with good atmosphere. The staff are friendly and will work with you if you have questions or allergy. And the food is great. Sadly I don't remember what I had as an entree, but the salad was good and the unlimited steak fries are still unlimited. Only problem I have is there isn't one here in Yukon. 😎 will eat here again if I'm ever around.
Went there for the veterans day deal, but loved the way it looked and found the menu very interesting. The servers were nice, but they were very busy and service was very slow. We sat down immediately but didn't get our server to our table for 5-10 minutes. Service remained slow after that.
Maybe management didn't plan well for the veterans day rush I don't know.
Pros:
1. Lots of close parking
2. Clean exterior
3. Clean interior
4. Little to no wait time to be seated
5. Friendly hostess and waitress
6. Food tasted good and was freshly made
7. Music not too loudly playing
8. Vegetarian option - able to get vegetarian patty on any burger. Great selection!
Cons:
1. Ice cream machine wasn't ready on visit. It was about 11:30am
2. Order not accurate to order. One burger we had asked no onions and it came with onions anyway. Had to be picked off.
3. Table was small
4. Only received one napkin for each of us.
Summary:
The food here is quite yummy and the service is wonderful. I was just very disappointed the ice cream machine wasn't ready since the Root beer floats were the main purpose for the visit. I have been to this location several times and it is always good! I'll be going again sometime in the future.
I've been going here for a while I do just dont go here for the food I also love the waiters there all very nice and welcoming and if you ever are wondering anything to drink there sweet tea is the best! And overall I always love coming here! I could say so many more positive things but I have more the food is amazing and if I had a chance to meet the owner I would and I would choose red Robin over anything and there desert is amazing and if they see this I have a question how old you you have to be to set up a job application? First thing we noticed is the restaurant was super clean. All the staff were helping each other to bring appetizers, drinks and main courses out. The decor was cool and the food was good. It came out super quick. Only thing missing is a Donatos!
Went for my birthday. Had a burger and fries and a drink. Had the Smoke & Pepper burger, steak fries and the Sunset Lemonade. All was good. Our server was absolutely awesome (hate that I can't remember her name) she was great!!!
Tried Red Robin for the first time about a month ago and had a pretty good experience. I was recovering from being sick so my appetite was off and I didn’t get a burger - got a grilled cheese, added onion on it - but tried my husband’s burger which I thought was pretty solid! I liked my grilled cheese, as well. The onion rings were really good, but the fries were pretty meh. Our server was really nice. I would try it again so I can actually have a burger.

Mr AJ is who you need to see. Most laid back dude and memory out this world. He took our order ( by the way he is the only waitstaff working this evening) with out writing any notes and was 100% accurate on our order. Did I mention I have a picky teenager and he brought the blue cheese crumbles on the side just in case she wouldn't like it on top. He was 100% correct. With this being said not only was he one heck of employee but running the whole floor alone and you could not tell. Offering fries before the meal and never left a empty cup! Manner were on point and such amazing customer service. 👏 Well done Aj, we shall be back for some amazing service.
Facility is clean, handicap accessible with wide aisles, and outside has a ramp from the parking lot. The only drawback is having to park a bit far away from the restaurant and cross a busy thoroughfare as traffic navigates the mall. Can be a little daunting for people with disabilities. A marked crossing area would be useful.
They offer dine in, curbside pick up, and have some of the best gourmet burgers and (my favorite) fish and chips in Edmond, Oklahoma. The staff was very helpful and always friendly, the service was excellent and the food very good.
Karen was our server. She is amazing and made sure she met each person's needs. We were a group of 7, including 2 young children. When we left the children said she was so nice. She knows the menu and made great recommendations.
Service was fantastic. Server checked on us throughout the meal and was very friendly. The food was great and hit the spot. The sweet potato fries and onion were awesome.
