Nice courteous staff! Great location in the intersection of NW Expressway & Independence next to Seven Eleven. Our drink was really good. Highly recommend this place.
I love this location. They are open late, until 11 PM on weekdays and midnight on weekends, are very sweet and extremely accommodating. Yes you will pay a little bit more for your coffee at Starbucks. Yes it is nice if you tip. You get what you pay for here. If I want something different with my drink, anything from the temperature to the ingredients, they are generally more than happy to help you out. They are enthusiastic about educating you after the various drinks and food items and seemed genuinely happy to be at work most of the time. It is my pleasure to support a business like this. This location is a little bit busier than most as they are across the street from hospital and on a major expressway. Plan accordingly and you won’t be disappointed. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes. If you do have an issue, please bring it up to them. I’m sure they’d be happy to help.
Pricey but when you need a lil comfort a coffee does the trick
A busy and small location but one of my favorite spot to do work on a laptop if I can get a seat near to a power outlet. There's lots of natural light as it has full floor-to-ceiling windows facing NW Expressway with comfortable couches in a corner. And as always, I enjoy the music and aromatic coffee to get me through another productive day!

I was that A-hole who pulled up 10 min until close because I was extremely congested and my friend recommended to order a "medicine ball" which is from the secret menu apparently, so i already felt obnoxious even asking - and the girl over the speaker after I over explained how i felt sick and i was sorry to ask so close to closing yada yada.. she said "oh, WE'VE GOT YOU GIRL" and not only made the special not-even-on-the-menu item BUT, she even asked my symptoms and gave me an extra pump of peppermint and said it will help so much. Her name was Sitlally and she was the best ever. Thank you!!!!
There was a sweet Indian girl working the drive thru this morning. What a beautiful person!! More people need to be like her in the world. She deserves a raise!
They were so fast, efficient and friendly. I came in needing one of those huge coffee totes for a meeting and they had it for me in less than 15 minutes. The facility inside was clean and welcoming. The staff were very nice and easy to grab their attention. The outdoor patio also looked very welcoming. Of course the outdoor scenery is lacking, but that also is what makes this location a great one is that it is in the middle of everything. And easy to get too.
Never had an issue here. Anytime a mistake is made, they're very quick to fix it and make it right. Employees are always friendly and cheerful. Yes it gets crowded but 99% of the time I use the app which makes it easier. This is the one I frequent most, because the people are friendlier and I've never had any problems.
