It’s been many many years since I’ve been to a Hooters. Attended the soft opening and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Everyone was in training mode but they did great and I might even start dropping in from time to time.
Very modern, upbeat, our server was fabu... and the food was delicious. We left very happy.

The place was AWESOME,The waitress was EXCELLENT, The Philly was AMAZINGLY GOOD AS WELL AS THE FRIED PICKLES AND THE TWISTED TEAS
This was my 1st time visiting, and the service was great, but the food was just not what I expected. Serving a chicken sandwich and a few onion rings on a large plate makes the food look small. The taste was OK, nothing to brag about, but nothing to complain about.
The waitress was very pleasant and took good care of us.
I've started coming in for happy hour recently. Great happy hour prices. Bar staff is friendly and attentive. If you sit with Briar at the bar, you'll have a good experience with great service. The other employees have been pretty friendly too. I will be back. :)
I have no idea what the atmosphere was like but I dealt with Jade & she restored my faith. I had such a terrible experience on the expressway location. The manager was rude & could have explained the entire buy 10 get 10 much better. I left w no food & chose to stop by Penn location even farther from my home. Jade explained the reason for the promotion & how much she appreciated me giving their location a try. I explained that I dont drink & drive & have my dog w me. She took my order, came out for the payment & was amazing. Kootos to ever hired this one.
I’m not typically a fan of Hooters but the Penn location is fantastic and the reason for that is the employees in particular Briar (one of the most personable and attentive bartenders I’ve ever met). The customer service more than makes up for the mediocre food.
I come in this hooters very frequently and Briar is one of the best bartenders!! She is also very sweet and really takes time to talk to her customers! The wings are a plus but she's a great reason to visit. Make sure you ask to sit with her!
"The family restaurant" got an upgrade since the last time I visited at a different location in Saugus, MA. My fiance and I enjoyed some classic wings and fries. Good stuff.
This review is from a visit a little while back but the food was better than I remember it to be. Michaela, my server was stunning. The customer service was great and they had the game on so I was a happy customer and will be back.
Overall the food and service was great, my server Kayla was amazing, she’s very sweet and outgoing, she was very helpful on what’s good to eat on the menu.. thank you.
Hadn't been to this location before. Facilities were nice, new, and clean. Staff was the typical Hooters' experience and the food was good.
