The food was good for the price & everyone that worked there was very friendly . They now have a bigger play area/ arcade room with real games not just claw machines that take your money. The kids & I had fun competing against each other on some of the different games & my 80 year old mom even played a few with us . Fun memories in a good environment.
The food on the buffet was hot, fresh, and plenty. If you wanted anything, they would happily make it for you. They had pasta, salad, pizza, dessert, and more. The building is older, but the place was clean and bathrooms clean.
When I walked in it was small than I thought and figured the service would be limited.
Then I ordered a bbq chicken pizza and My opinion was changed instantly!
Shout out to the kitchen staff today especially.

The customers were the only bad part of this place. People let their kids run around crazy & beat on the games in the game room. Staff is awesome & the food was fresh & hot!
We’ve gone to this cicis dozens of times. Always loved it. We visited 12/26/22 during happy hour. We noticed some new employees since our last visit and they were all great. They had a great team today. Will be back again.
Love Cicis. But it hasn't been the same since they closed the one on NW Expressway. That one was the best.
Badic CICIs it's good cheap food. I have no complaints other than the service can sometimes be grumpy. But I understand how it is. Still no complaints.
Haven't been to Cici in over 10 years, it was like I travelled back in time. I still miss the chocolate deserts the had back in late 90s early 00s.
We enjoyed our experience at Cicis. Everyone was welcoming and the food was so good. It is a great place for families.
It is a nice place to bring kids for all you can eat pizza. Very affordable and many varieties of pizza to choose from for under 10 bucks.
There's a really nice and funny gentleman named Jeff working here, he will put a smile on your face no matter how bad of a day you've had. One of the funniest and friendliest staff member I've ever seen. All staff here are super cool too. Worth dining in for.
They got a happy hour from 2pm to 4pm for 4.99 buffet, Monday thru Friday only. You can order the taco salad pizza next to the salad bar. You can also create your own pizza and have it brought out to your table, any crust too. Arcade for kids in the back.
Abby was amazing and the customer service was perfect! Amazing food and service all around 🙌🏼
