I had a wonderful experience with this store. The GM (she took our order) was pleasant, the food was great, and all the staff were friendly. I was especially impressed with the seasoning on the fries. My daughter and I couldn't stop eating them on the way home.
I've got a hunger only the colonel can satisfy. I think about His handsome beard as white as His mashed potatoes as I delightfully indulge in the crispy and so wonderfully breaded juicy chicken He bestows upon me.
Food and service were good, but seemed a bit more expensive than most fast food places
The fries were amazing. The manager was so nice and helped a bunch. It was an amazing experience all together.
KFC makes the best fried chicken. I especially like the original recipe. Their fries are great also. Much better than the other place with the clown mascot. Plus, if you are in the mood, you can also grab a taco. "Variety, the spice of life."

They were slow for some reason. But the attitude of the employee was so polite and the food was worth the wait.
Had to come to this location due to bad service at 23rd and Penn. This location has food available and does not make you wait 40 minutes before canceling your order. Crew actually wants to serve customers. Best KFC location in OKC.
Staff is great and very nice. Food is always fresh and hot. The manager Beth is great and I think his name is John was very nice and helpful. Will definitely be back to this location 😁😁

I was absolutely stunned by some of the negative reviews, considering my experience as of just now. I almost had to make sure I was at the right KFC that was being described so negatively. The store was very clean and sanitized. The food was fresh(fries too! Woohoo!); and the employees were amazing. I was assisted by the cashier, Sophelia, who was courteous and knowledgeable about the products. Ordered 2 of the new chicken sandwich combos, overall the new sandwich is decent. I didn't even have to wait for my number to be called to go and get my food (whaaaaat?), the food was brought out to the table we were sitting at. This location cares about customer service and ill definitely be back.
