I bought some cookies for employees and lost the receipt. They weren't able to find it in the system, so the OWNER was kind enough to track it down and text it to me.
You won't get that kind of care somewhere else. It just won't happen. THIS is how you take care of customers!

Tasty cookies that will give you nostalgia. Definitely not good for one’s health so not a weekly place to go but delicious option for birthdays, classroom, or office events! Will be back just not too often ;) (the location in papillon does a punch card for free cookies when completed not sure this location does as I’ve never been offered a card here).
I needed 3 dozen dino birthday cookies on short notice and these could not be more perfect!!! Everything about this experience was spectacular. Thank you Eileen’s!

This place has a variety of delicious cookies and are very well priced compared to other homemade cookie places. I love their regular frosted sugar cookies and snickerdoodles.
The few times that I've been there Andrew and team are always happy, smiling, and pleasant. They can accommodate any size order or any design, which has made it easy to keep returning. Oh yeah, most important, the cookies are delicious!
Eileen's Colossal Cookies is a delicious cookie. They do cookies similar to a cake size for special events and we've gotten those a few times. It is easy to order specialty orders, they always have everything ready on time and they always taste delicious. My husband's favorite is the snickerdoodle cookie. The kids prefer the chocolate chip. Unfortunately, last time I was in there were no gluten free options.
I use Eileen's for work and for personal. For personal, they are a great alternative to "white sheet cake" that never gets eaten. They have so many cookie choices and not only the designs are great to choose from, but the staff really does a great job on the art as well.
For Business, When I want to show my appreciation for my staff or an anniversary, Eileen's always has fresh consistently good cookies ready for me to grab and go.
And I should mention that them being open at 7 AM is awesome when it comes to grabbing treats on the way into the office.
LOVE the cookies!! They made us special cookies with our company's logo and they did such a good job. The cookies are soft and delicious. They can frost them or not. Many flavors to choose from. They are a company favorite.
Awesome stuff! My wife and I go here all the time for a quick treat. Prices are good and cookies are amazing! We've used their cookies for family events and everybody is always happy we got em.
