Wow, what can I say? I am duly impressed with the work they did. Here we are in the middle of tough times and businesses struggling, and yet, they went out of their way to deliver a birthday cookie to my sister there in Omaha. Not only that, but the design was WAY more intricate than I was hoping for. My sister sells books there at The Next Chapter Books, also an independent business fighting the good fight. You see, we grew up in Hastings, where there's also an Eileen's, and every year growing up in the 80's and 90's, we would get birthday (and every other major event like graduation) cookies from our parents who owned Prairie Books & Gifts there--which eventually was just down the street from the Eileen's there. Well, years have gone by, and my mother, Jane, just retired from her store in 2019. Shelly picked up the torch and took the brave initiative to start her own bookstore there in Omaha. So just a couple of days ago, she reminded me of how we used to get those cookies as kids growing up. So, I realized this would be the perfect B-day gift. But I didn't even know if there were Eileen's in Omaha. (I live in Las Vegas now). So I looked it up and was happy to see so many there in the area. But would they handle a short notice request like this? And did they still even make those pizza-sized birthday cookies?? The answer was a resounding yes. I initially just asked if they could maybe do something book-related if at all possible, but I left it to them to do what they could. Also, it was short notice, as I hadn't thought of the idea to send a birthday cookie till last minute. Not only were they were able to decorate it in a book theme, but they created a masterpiece that was a recreation of the bookstore's intricate logo and deliver it all within one business day! Really great work. Thank you for going beyond what was expected. It really is appreciated, and of course, my sister's birthday was extra special now because of it. A real blast from our past, and we're really happy to see the past still lives in the present. Keep doing what you're doing. It is very much appreciated!

I am from Nebraska and moved out of the area a few years ago. However I believe that my people here need to know Eileen’s. So when I go back I try to make sure I get some Eileen’s for my family, and to share with others here. Eileen’s is one of the many things about Nebraska that brings me joy.

Love Eileen's cookies. This store was able to make the decorated cookies that another was too busy to do. Only issue I noticed was cookies were smaller, inflation strikes again. Great cookies, nice staff, everyone is impacted by the economy.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! First time ever visiting and Eileen's Cookies and they were phenomenal! The young lady at the front was fun and friendly, even offered me a free cookie to try. Made an impression from the beginning! Bought several types, hooked for life!

What can you say about the place that makes some of the best cookies I've ever had? We also had some friends who moved out of town for a year, and upon returning their daughter said that Eileen's was one of the things she missed the most. Completely agree! Always friendly, great prices and of course incredible cookies!

The woman working was so nice! I was short a dollar was she didn’t hesitate to let it slide. I was having a bad day and it really made me feel better!

There was a mix up with our order. The people behind the counter bent over backwards to make it right. We are absolutely going back next time we need cookies. It's comforting to know that they will acknowledge a common mistake and will do whatever it takes to fix it.

This location beautifully created a custom design on a Colossal Cookie for a dear friend who lost their pet. Unfortunately, it couldn't have been sent during a happier circumstance, but I will gladly use this place again someday! Thank you so much for the detail and attention you put into your work!
