Absolutely love Runza and this location! Went thru the drive-thru with orders for 7 people and they got the entire order right without even having to repeat the order once - so professional! The food was absolutely delicious and Runza continues to be a Nebraska favorite.
Runza is somewhat a local delicacy, and it’s really, really good. I feel bad for the folks who live in other parts of the country and never had a Spicy Jack Runza. The other very interesting, very local, item on their menu is their seasonal offering of chili with cinnamon roll. It’s absolutely to die for.
But in general I also credit them for fast, friendly service. The food is always fresh. Unlike McDonalds or other national chains, their French fries is ALWAYS hot off the fryer. They recently remodeled their restaurants and despite a relatively small menu, is one of our favorite places to go.
Just love the food! I either get Runza's or Double burger and Frings!
Clean and fast service. Chili is back and great. The cinnamon roll comes in a new container.
Best dang Runza in the area. Ordered from the app, and the manager ended up running out my sauces to me because my pea brain went thru the pickup so fast! For real, the fries and rings were perfectly crispy. Always go here!
Last few timed I was there the runza sandwich splits and falls apart like dough didn't hold ingredients like eating a hogie.
Still great taste but almost need a plate.

I was visiting from Michigan and of course didn't know what a Runza was. Very delicious and filling. Mine had meat and cabbage. Onion rings were tasty too. Everything was served hot.
I’ve been going to this Runza ever since I was a child and I love this place. The service is amazing and fast. The workers are friendly. The food is tasty! Inside is clean too!
Love love love the twist cones here! Not a huge fan of the food, though.. But it does take a certain taste.
My favorite cheeseburger restaurant! I've never had a bad cheeseburger at runza in my lifetime? I know that I've been going there awhile since I'm 72. It's always clean and friendly.
Not great when they mess up the order, not once but twice. I will give them credit though... They absolutely made it right and had the common sense /decency / customer service skills to apologize for their error. There was going to be an extended wait for the correction so I asked to buy a hamburger for the person who would have to wait - and they refused to charge me for it. They also offered our whole party free cookies which we declined.. the free hamburger was enough..... But I will say their cookies are top notch tasty! I was impressed with the customer service today from what appeared to be a VERY young crew. We will return to this location and support these young people in their efforts to provide great food and great customer service!!!! Thank you and we look forward to dining here again!
The food is good and fast. My order is correct about 95% of the time.

They have great food. Especially for fast food. I live their smothered chicken sandwich & my husband loves the mushroom swiss burger.
I tried the Swiss mushroom runza. I usually get the Swiss mushroom burger. I really liked the runza version. I'll get it again. Only down side is that I thought their prices are a little out of line for fast food but, not as bad as Five Guys burgers
