I love getting Dominoes. I use the app to get meals at my part time job. Never really had a problem, until this last order. My pizza has always been really tasty, and made properly, and delivered quickly. This last time, however, I found 3 pieces of bone in the Philly meat. I called the store to let them know, but the guy who assured me he was the ‘supervisor’, didn’t seem to believe me, and wasn’t bothered in the least.
I wasn’t asking for freebies or anything, I was calling to let them know, and was dismissed…

Friendly staff and very accommodating! I was in the time they couldn’t do take outs, however they still proceeded to take my order when it was delivery only.
Kathy the manager is absolutely fantastic she not only fixed my order but literally made my order the best version I have ever had it and now I know exactly how to order it for future orders. She definitely deserves 5 stars
Dominos is awesome. They are open late and the food is delicious for any occasion. Philly cheese steak pizza is a must have!
Ordered my pizza online and it was ready earlier than expected. It was made exactly too order, though you can't do much to mess up a plain cheese pizza. The store doesn't seem to be in a nice part of town compared to other Dominos. Also their front door window is broken.

Domino's always has my to go order on time and it is right every time!!!!! Yes it is a BIG DEAL when you get just what you wanted...consistantly. This is at 72nd and Mitary Ave.
The Brooklyn style crust and the bread bowl always hits the spot. I picked this up through carry out and the cashier was detail oriented and remembered my 2 ranch.
Long story short, I made an order. Realized the product that was delivered was not accurate with what I ordered. Drove down to the store and addressed the situation. The manager came out for less than 30 seconds. Confirmed my order with me and immediately doubled back to remake my order. No hassle, no fuss. I wish I would have gotten her name or the gentleman who greeted me when I walked in, but whoever you guys are, please keep doing what you do! (01/27/2023 @ approximately 08:30pm)
Good made pizza all 3 times this week! Good staff.
Pizza is always good & service is fast. If they're out of something they will let you know or replace it unlike pizza hut.
