Good location! My order is always accurate (and I have some complicated requests), quick and delicious. The employees are very respectful as well, especially the tall young man who works in the afternoons. He’s always very helpful and kind.
One person taking order and preparing the food. He was very polite and the food was good. We had two orders that were vegetarian and they were correct as well, this is not alway the case at other Fast food restaurants. He was by his self but did the best he could to keep up.
Where kinda rude but good food an they need to be alil fast with the orders it took 25 minutes for my food

Knowing that many of the late night taco bell locations have been closing earlier due to short staffing, we weren’t confident that the hours were correct when we placed an order after 10 pm. We’ve definitely found out the hard way in the past when our order went to a location that had been shut down 4 hours early, and after still pulling into the drive thru because the store’s lights were on.
Anyway, this location is currently listed in the taco bell app as closing at 11, and we discovered this when placing an order at 10pm. Pulled up shortly after and the line was a handful of cars deep, barely moving. I was anxious after previous early closures we’ve run into, but after 15 minutes or so, things started moving quickly and I was relieved to hear an employee on the other side of the drive thru speaker.
While we hated to be picking up our order so close to closing time, the single employee inside was rocking it and our order was hot & fresh. So happy to finally be able to snag some post-work taco bell after a few weekends of missing out.
Also our apologies to the employee working tonight, who i’m sure had to stay far too long after close due to the line that had piled up around 10:30. Corporate needs to provide stores with better resources to adjust the store hours for each location, not only in the taco bell app but on the google listing itself!
Sam was awesome this evening. I ordered two beverages in the drive thru. It was a bit of a line, but expected at 6pm. Sam apologized for the long wait and comped my drinks. I insisted that I pay and she told me not to worry about it and have a nice evening. I frequent this Taco Bell once a week and always receive great service.
Had 2 doordash orders at 1145pm 9/3/2021. This location closes at 11pm. You could still see the orders on their screen coming in,so I wasn't sure if people were still there. Sign at drive thru door state the closure time. 3 other delivery drivers had the same problem . Did report to doordash to update. Thanks for all you do!
I usually expect to wait a little after ordering at this location cuz they are usually really busy. I waited today for my crunch wrap with extra nacho cheese. And the girls at the window told me it was on the house for how long I waited. And usually I dont get to much extra cheese but this time it was drowning in nacho cheese. It was perfect.
So many friendly faces at this location! The staff really tries to make the ordering process as smooth as possible. I love coming to this location in particular because it is ALWAYS a great experience.
Awesome team. Super friendly. Clarified orders. Fast service. Brought our food to our table. Definitely the best location in Omaha.
There dining area was clean. The only thing I didn't like was the window cleaner cleaning the windows over our food. I understand they need to do there job but they could have waited till we we're done.
We go to this location whenever we go to Taco bell. They always get our order correct, no matter the time of day/night. The staff is polite and they deal well with special requests.
The employees here are awesome. Super helpful always polite. Only had a few mess ups but they are quick to fix and if you wait to long they will give you free cinnamon twist.
