This location never disappoints. The owner knows me I just absolutely adore this place. Kung fu tea has honestly made me so happy. I drive two hours from Norfolk to come here and it’s so worth it. My family literally begged me to come here today and we had to. Always when we’re in town, we make a stop here, the owner and staff are very processional and kind, I pray the day I see an expansion of this location, but this is the best place for boba in Omaha HANDS DOWN!!!!

Great delicious boba! Very very creamy sweet. This is nothing like Utah, it's missing the board games, but the taste makes up for EVERYTHING.

I love this place! The only downside is that it's so far away from my home, they need to open another farther west! That aside: The quality of the drinks is great, their boba is always perfect, I have had a few encounters with staff being negative but nothing too major, there is one guy who I see work nearly every time I go and he's always super kind! Can't wait go back :)

Staff sprang up and greeted us with excitement. After we ordered, there was probably a 10 minute long wait, so we kept ourselves busy by looking at the decor and bulletin board around their small seating area. Taro Milk Tea is my go-to, and they did not disappoint. The boba was nice, warm, and soft, and it perfectly enhanced the sweet, lemony undertones of the Earl Gray that their milk teas are made with. Kung Fu simply takes the cake.

The pikmin promotion was fun, a fruity slush drink with mango boba. Good service and a really full menu.

SEE UPDATE New in town, Kung Fu Tea is my go-to usually in other cities. Got my order wrong twice with two different people, and staff was sassy about it and the manager guy just assumed I didn’t order correctly. Given my order is always customized, but you’re a bubble tea store, that’s your only job. I would work on training staff here. The girl in the front also ignored people in line for a whole 1-2 minutes, like what? lol I got the milk tea with bubbles, no ice, and 30% sugar. First time drink came out with full ice and no bubbles. Second time they made me wait through 5 customers, rolled their eyes, and the drink was 100% full sugar. What a failure on service! Update: I gave this place another chance because the drink itself is very good. The service is MUCH better without the unprofessional lady who used to work here, but I can still be waiting up to 3 minutes without anyone acknowledging me depending on the time and staff. The manager himself is very good at customer service and you’re lucky if you catch him around. Even a “hi I’ll be right with you” would be better than completely ignoring me until you’ve made the drinks for others. I’ll update my review in another six months if improvements are made. I also recommend using the app as that is much quicker ordering ahead and virtually no issues.

I ordered the Honey Green Tea this time with the Mango popping bubbles. I love their popping boba. The green tea flavour was also soothing. I have tried other bubble tea here too and they were good. The place is small but neat and clean.

Top picks: Mango snow (from their smoothies) Brown sugar boba with milk cap (oolong for more depth, or coco cream from wow milk series if you want no caffeine) Orange yakult with fig jelly Still my go to stop for brown sugar boba. Their consistency is perfect. Please note, they do sell out quite frequently as they need to keep the boba fresh and make it in batches. I've been twice where they have sold out. On one of those trips I tried the brown sugar ginger milk with milk cap. Please note that ginger is very good for cold weather. It will warm you up!! However there's a pretty strong bite to it. I hope they do samples of this. I personally like it and I don't love ginger. I did find it a little sweet but I really liked the milk cap addition. They will also teach you how to drink it if you ask... When they told me I was confused and doubtful but it turned out they were absolutely right Protip: order and pick up so that would guarantee you get what you want They have a loyalty app. They don't mention it when you are buying though so you just have to know. They don't seem to remind you either so be prepared to remind them. Military: they give a 15% discount to military I believe (that's what the cashier said) -------- Previous review Delicious bubble tea that reminds me of back home. Currently my number one choice in Omaha for bubble tea. I did the honey green tea with a milk cap (similar to cheese foam) They are very generous with the bubbles. Almost too generous for some of my friends who are unfamiliar to bubble tea. Lots more to try Service was very good and patient. We had brought someone who never had tried bubble tea before. The cashier was very helpful and let us try samples of the different additions. They have lactose free options! Price is higher than my home town but I did not find any better places in Omaha, so it is worth it. If you want a special order they can probably accommodate! Ask for Chinh. He is very friendly and helpful! Parking is available in the lot.

This is our first time here. The employees are nice, but the drinks are super sweet. I like sweet, but this is beyond the limit. 😫 My daughter ordered Taro milk tea and she drank only 1/4. She can't drink them because of the sweetness!! I gave 4 stars for the variety of drinks and services. I didn't get a good picture ,sorry.

Stopped by this place in the middle of a long shopping spree. I was surprised to see a boba place in Omaha! I ordered the Thai milk tea with bubbles. Tasted great, the pearls were cooked decently, and the service was quick! The shop is really cute and has lots of light and windows. There were a couple of people working/studying and it seemed like a nice place to hang out for a little while. I will definitely be going back the next time I’m in Omaha!

It was my first time visiting today & the employees were very helpful. I had a few questions about the drinks & they answered so kindly & even offered me a sample. My drink was made in a timely manner! Wish they had strawberry popping.

I stopped by to pick up a bubble milk tea for my friend (this is her favorite tea place) and I ended up getting a bubble tea for myself. They were out of a few types of the boba that I wanted to try so I asked the employee to just give me one they did have that she thought would taste good. The tea was actually really good and I would get it again. They only reason I gave 4 stars is because the staff is a little rude and not incredibly helpful. There were about 5 other customers in the shop with me and the employees were just barking orders at the other customers and not being friendly at all. When my order came up, I asked which tea was which and the employee said " They are labeled" in a very snotty voice. If you go in and just order your drink and ignore the employees, its a good experience and the tea is good.

I am excited for the upcoming of new Kung Fu Tea in Omaha areas. My family and I have always loved Kung Fu Tea! Every location we tried is excellent. I can’t wait! February 25, 2019 (soft opening) I had a Longan Jujube Boba Tea with 50% sweetness and low on ice. It was delicious! March 1, 2019 (Finally open)! We purchased BOGO free drinks today (special promotion for three days only). They were yummy! Highly recommend trying Kung Fu Tea if you have never had any Boba (tapioca pearls). One suggestion, try to consume your drinks right away! Pros: 1. They give you lots of toppings 2. Courteous staff (Friendly owners) 3. Clean, new, and nice location 4. Freshly made drinks 5. They use lactose free milk and instant milk powders for their drinks 6. Lots of marketing and promotions on the App 7. $4 credit for downloading the App and credit for sharing on social media Cons: 1. This place is not huge unlike some of the coffee shops you see in town. It is meant for purchasing the drinks and enjoy some where else. 2. I would consume your drink right away. If you wait too long, the tapiocas might get hard. Our favorites: Oreo Wow, Red Wow, Longan Jujube Tea with Boba, Matcha Milk Tea with Boba, and Cocoa Cream Wow!

Edited—My first ever Google review and somehow it went viral with 3000 views in 3 weeks. I am not writing this for advertisement but personally I don’t think you can ever find anyone who loves his job with a passion like Chinh and how he treats his boba team as a family. You can ask the staffs about how down to earth the owners are.Chinh and his wife Van will take their time to describe the menu for you and help you to make your decisions on desserts and drinks.Especially during these hard time of Covid, their staffs went above and beyond to keep the place clean and cozy looking. They offer deliveries and will remember your faces everytime you come in. The staffs are always friendly and welcoming. They have varieties of different drinks and new seasonal flavors like recently you can get a cherry blossom drink with cute stickers collection. They often have waffles, macaroons and crepes. The durian crepes and ube waffles are to die for. Even when they’re busy, they will make sure your order comes out right and in a timely manner. Some tips when you order from Kungfutea- make sure you download their app for discounts, you can order ahead to avoid the line, ice/sweetness level can be adjusted and if you don’t drink your boba right away, substitute regular boba with crystal boba so it won’t get hard. Drink your boba and keep on rocking! ✌️
