Dine in.
$20-30 per person.
Good selection of beer, wine, and spirits.
Whitefish dinner, whitefish sandwich and house salad were satisfying.
Misty was an attentive server without hovering. She was busy tonight.
Knot Just A Bar is kid friendly.
There are vegetarian options.
There is ample parking and outside dining with a great view of the harbor.
Such a cute place for lunch! The view is amazing and the waitress who helped us (Sophie?) was so pleasant! I'd definitely go back on my next visit!
The view is amazing!! Waterfront location on the bay. Bloody Mary's were good with horseradish vodka. Had the skillet appetizer which was yummy. This place is a definite visit when in the area.
Thursday for lunch in early June not busy and you can’t beat the view. Ordered the Michigander and 7-layer skillet. Loved the skillet (despite the stain it left on my shirt) surprisingly light for something with beans and beef as a base. Michigander was OK, I wouldn’t recommend the perch. Just two thin pieces. Thank the round goby for ruining our perch fishery. Prices are high for what you get, but what do you expect for lakefront dining in a summer dependent location. Service was great, our Kudos to Jan who was prompt, helpful and very nice. If I rated this on value it gets 2stars, food gets 4, but sitting next to the bay is easily a 7 and service is a 5. And lots of dock space for boaters
Great view of the bay. Service was fine. Food was good. Value to taste was a bit off. If I'm paying $25 for fried fish and french fries it should be outstanding (not just good). The view to value makes up for it. Also found the parking a bit of a challenge. Overall we'll be back
We've passed the Omena location many times thinking it was part of the wine tasting room. We were in Northport and nothing was open for lunch (luckily for us!) and I googled and found this place. It was wonderful! Owner and staff were great, view is amazing and the local whitefish sandwich was delicious! We will be back when up north again!
Great view and good food is the best part. Arrived for dinner during the fall color season and had to wait too long for a table but the problem was the season and the smaller seating option due to no outside seating being closed. The negatives were the wait service, who I think was new, the kitchen, just slow, the sticky table top, needs to be resurfaced, and a need for fewer fried food options on the menu. I am a repeat that will continue repeat for the view.
Good atmosphere and service, terrific view of the bay, very great food.
Update: been here several times now, food is always good. Sometimes they get quite busy but its the best place around. The Whitefish is amazing.
Stopped by via the water. Boat parking was very nice. Food was excellent and waitstaff was very accommodating. Would definitely visit again.
1st time dining here. Beautiful outdoor deck overlooking Grand Traverse Bay. We had a light lunch of seafood chowder, blackened salmon salad, and pretzel bites with bar cheese. Food was very good and we would definitely come back.
Enjoyed sitting at the bar dining. The view of Omena Bay is beautiful and right next to Leelanau Cellars.

My favorite place to eat in the whole TC area. When we happen to be up there On my birthday, it’s my choice of places to eat. Love the Cones. They used to have smelt Cones but haven’t seen them lately. I don’t think smelt is easy to come by - over fishing?
We went with friends from Scottsdale that have traveled the world and they loved it and definitely will be recommending the Omena Knot and will be coming back! Brenda was very attentive. The bloodys were spot on and the food was fabulous. The view of the bay and the overall comfortable atmosphere are unparalleled.
